Don't know what to eat, but want a quick and delicious meal?Paik's Noodle is such a solid option. Food is good. Portions are generous. My favorite would have to be their classic Jajangmyeon/Black Bean Noodle. The noodles are nice and QQ. The sauce is well seasoned and flavorful. It has a unique flavor from the fried black bean paste. Generous sauce portion too. I always have leftovers and add it on a bed of hot rice the next day. Love that they give you a side of pickled...
One of the best places in the Bay for Jjangmyun and beef broth Jjampong. The sweet and sour pork is freshly fried and sauce very good too. I love this place than any other noodle place in all of the Bay (including the pho places in the city), and I've eaten locally a lot (and live in SF). Kinda hip place the food court here, so a lotta young ppl evenings and lunch time on weekends. The owner who herself mans the cashier is lovely too, very nice ^^
If you are tired of American spicy food, come here.
Please eat red pepper jjamppong, eat it twice.
I think it tastes better than the Jjambbong I had in Korea.
