Alejandro, hailing from one of the most prestigious culinary institutes in Spain, has done it again in creating a truly exceptional dining experience combining the best of Spanish and Latin cuisine with a Michelin-starred touch. The chef's latest foray into the international pop up scene in Colombia has found its way nestled within the stunning grounds of an idyllic villa with breathtaking views of the Andes. The intimate al fresco kitchen was enhanced by the aroma of the delicious chicken paella and sizzling sound of the grill being prepared expertedly by our gracious host chef. Truly blown away bite after bite, bringing new life to the one of a kind pension complète and hôtel-gourmet experience with a Spanish-Latin twist.

Amazing paella. Impressive. Gringos can definitely cook. No need to miss Barcelona with this excellent “socarrat” joint around.

Alfonso and Alejandro are so knowledgeable about paellas and Spanish cuisine in general and happy to answer my million questions while we (im)patiently watched the whole thing come together in mouthwatering giant pans cooked before our eyes. Thanks for a great time!

Delicious paella could not stop eating! Best paella I’ve had since Portocolom in Mallorca. The socarrat was perfect and crispy, meat was super tender and rice was infused with the amazing broth. Recommend asking for the Valencia style!

Where should I start? The host is very welcoming and the music is amazing which creates a chill but fun vibe experience. Grabbing a plate of their famous Valencia paella and sitting at their backyard, you now have the perfect Sunday afternoon you could ever ask for!

Best paella I have had in SF! The paella valenciana is cooked to perfection. The meat is super juicy and tender and the rice - oh my gosh - is super flavorful. Highly recommend!

I just finished an amazing meal at Paella Patio!!I had the traditional Valencian Paella and it just melts in your mouth. The Spanish chef Alejandro also gave us dessert on the house! This is a must try if you are staying in the area!!
