Came here for dinner the day after valentine's day with my husband. I was impressed by the decorations and vibes. Services was lacking and not as attentive but it was a super busy day, totally understand so no stars taken, Food was good. We got duck spring roll, Sichuan style chili fish, salt and pepper calamari, oyster, original pork Xiao long bao, fried crab claws, mango pudding supreme, and 2 drinks (Baijiu Sakura and Polaris old fashioned). We loved the Sichuan style...
Great experience booking the private room for 12 with a very reasonable spend requirement and no separate room fee. Excellent and beautiful food.

Palette Tea House catered my most recent event that I hosted at the Historic Klamath, and we could not have picked a better caterer. The food, service, and collaboration that they provided were all top notch. They curated a menu filled with options to appeal to all audiences - vegetarians, vegans, those with nut allergies, etc - and served both pass-around hors d'oeuvres and self-serve buffet options.
