I was really impressed with the falafel plate here. Every item tasted fresh and full of simple, clean flavor. The team working here is genuinely kind, and the relaxed counter service setup makes the whole visit feel comfortable and easy. I left completely satisfied and will definitely return.

Amazing and authentic food. My permanent dinner place when I visit the city. Their rotisserie chicken is literally the best I’ve had.

The food here was delicious. They treat you like you're at home, and they're very friendly. Their tables are large and the space is pleasant. Their menu also offers a variety of Syrian dishes.

I would definitely come back here and get the falafel wrap again! Great combination of flavors and textures, very enjoyable. I ordered online for pickup and made a note about my allergy; the man behind the cash register was good about checking in with me about this and making sure I felt secure in my order. I could tell the service is very friendly and personable. I was in a rush to something so couldn’t engage in a chat but if I had time, I probably would have. Lots of indoor seating, a bit of outdoor seating.

Just a note to the business: if you can make your signage any bigger or more visible, especially being on a corner, I think it would bring more business! I was following Google maps and still walked right past it and then had to backtrack because the signage wasn’t very visible to me. Another friend who frequents this area said she’s been around a lot of places and never knew a Mediterranean place was nearby. Y’all have great food- advertise more boldly if possible!

Highly recommend! I come here often because it has great food, kind hosts, and ample space/seating. Very comfortable place to eat, sit and read or chat with friends. I’ve tried the rotisserie chicken, lamb shawarma, and kofta platter - all were delicious, though my personal favourite is lamb shawarma. A special shout out goes to the cashier worker/server who is always warm, smiling, and extremely welcoming! Really appreciate his kindness and hard work. Owner is also lovely.

Palmyra is a Syrian culinary treasure, serving exceptional kibbeh, a vibrant mezze plate, and an exquisite kunafa dessert. The kibbeh, Syria’s national dish, is a masterpiece—perfectly spiced lamb and bulgur balls, fried to a golden crisp with a tender, flavorful core that bursts with aromatic depth. Palmyra’s commitment to authenticity shines through in every bite, making it unforgettable. The mezze plate is a delightful medley, featuring creamy hummus, zesty fattoush, and smoky baba ghanoush, all paired with warm, freshly baked pita. The interplay of textures and tangy seasonings creates a true Levantine feast. The star, however, is the kunafa—a heavenly dessert of shredded phyllo layered with gooey cheese, soaked in rosewater-infused syrup, and sprinkled with pistachios. Its perfect balance of sweetness and texture is pure bliss. Palmyra’s warm, Syrian-inspired ambiance enhances the experience, making every visit feel like a cultural embrace. For anyone seeking authentic Syrian cuisine, Palmyra’s kibbeh, mezze plate, and kunafa are must-tries that deliver joy and flavor in every mouthful. This is a destination that celebrates Syria’s rich culinary heritage with passion and precision.
