The hospitals Radius alone has a perfect atmosphere there is always security around without a doubt. So above all Panda Express has always been great food everywhere I have gone till April 8th, 2024. We tried not to make a big deal or scene at first after presenting the food back to the employees working there and showed them it had hair at the bottom of white rice. They severed my mom a new plate but my mom was not comfortable eating anymore who would. To top it off we decided to leave and went back to get a bag to put our food away so we don’t waste the food and throw it away, while doing that we where still charged $0.25 for the bag by the employees working there and said “sorry we didn’t remember you” I was like REALLY you don’t remember me from 2 minutes ago about the hair in my moms white rice. Luckily one of the employees did remember us and said give them bag. Also the food needs to be fresh Panda Express has always has fresh food always or I just probably got there at the wrong time or after the rush etc.Parking: EnoughWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I was waiting for the Angus beef A service lady grab my plate turn around to give me fresh food from the kitchen. When I open it up later it was Broccoli beef instead and half portion. I was surprised to be treated like that. I’m eating there quite often since I work at UCSF.

As usual from the Panda Express UCSF, the food is very good for a fast casual Chinese restaurant. Of particular interest was the Chinese apple pie: it's a large taquito stuffed with apple pie filling whose wrapper is an egg roll outer casing & rather heavily coated with powdered sugar. It was hot when it arrived & went well with Matcha green tea (& later homemade lemon soda). Chow mein, broccoli beef with beef broth were delicious as usual. Average egg roll (I prefer the Clement Street egg rolls, they’re larger). All in all, one of my favorite Panda Express branches nationwide.

The food was a bit bland and a few times that i've been here the rice is dry and the noodles are burnt/flavorless. Orange chicken can also be a bit burnt. So this location is a hit or big miss.

I got the usual two items; steamed rice with kung Pao chicken and green bean chicken. It was so good last week but today, both dishes look pale and as I suspected, they both tasted so bland. Oh well…

Standard portions and frequent food turnover so fresh entrees most of the time. Can use UC Fast Pay which is also convenient! Staff are good about asking if you want to use Panda Rewards if you have any available.

The food is always good and the service is always great. But someone came to your location on 19th Ave and ordered $249.00 worth of food using my name on the 6th of this Month. Rodney McClain if you have any info on this person please let me know. Otherwise, the food is always great I give it 5 stars. Oh, this was done on my credit one credit card.

5/4/23: The food was a bit dry. It tasted good though. Convenient location if you have to go to Parnassus UCSF.

This location has very limited M-F only hours. They seem to be short on kitchen staff as the always seem to be out of key food items during lunch hours. so if you have a specific item you must have be prepared in wait and wait. But the food has no MSG and is pretty consistent in quality. Food court location but great for take out.

great food it does smell like food I had miso soup from a different resturant the end the long line is really long but the foods worth the wait.

Food quality terrible, bland/flavorless, cold, the facility is dirty, smells bad, trash and food waste is littered everywhere, and one corner smells like urine. Oh yeah they don't sell 'sugar' drinks here either, lmao - so artificial sweeteners are now deemed the only acceptable beverages by the overlords.

This spot is so popular that the line folds 3 times during lunch time. I love it that they have most items available at all times, even with the long line the service takes place quickly. There are a couple of homeless people sitting around, you could either see it as an opportunity to help people in need by getting them some food (an egg roll or anything small but substantial), or you might be bothered being watched while eating specially since they come and ask for food. This place is closed on weekends. There's a parking spot close by that belongs to UCSF with a flat rate, however it tends to be full and the parking spots are really compact. On a busy day it may take one up to 15 minutes to find and then maneuver the vehicle to park it correctly.
