Got a cake delivered so I can't say too much about the atmosphere, but it was delivered super quickly and in perfect condition! As always, Paris Baguette's cakes are delightfully light and spongy, which a delicate sweetness. Soo good :))

Terrible Experience. Ordered directly on your website instead of going to delivery platforms to support your business. However, the delivery was cancelled in the last second without any notice or explanation.
Called to ask why. And they blame Doordash, without giving any refund. Ironically, it's not even delivered through DoorDash. People's celebration becomes people's tear in the cold rain in San Francisco. Very very bad customer experience.

Did DoorDash The only reason I went on here cuz you can't really tell anything on DoorDash. If you order through them you get subpar amount of food and a substitute for lesser amount of what you paid for. It was horrible

Ordered a chocolate stuffed croissant which was good and a sausage roll which was just ok. At the register they advertised that you could download an app to get a free pastry by scanning a QR code. I downloaded the app, but couldn't get a free pastry :/

I placed an order for pastries and clearly requested delivery at 5:00 p.m. However, by 6:00 p.m., the order had still not arrived. When I called the store to follow up, the staff member informed me that no one had come to pick up the order for delivery. When I asked to cancel the order, the staff replied that he was not authorized to cancel and would have to ask the boss, and then hung up the phone.
This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I made my order in good faith and expected timely service and basic courtesy. Instead, I received no communication, no apology, and no resolution — only rudeness and delay.
