About Pasta Supply Co

Pasta Supply Co is an artisanal pasta maker and full-service restaurant in the Mission district. The industrial space, with high ceilings, doubles as a lunch bistro and a factory where you can eat what’s just been produced. The front counter holds containers of fresh pastas and sauces, with a tall wooden shelf displaying olive oils and cans. The atmosphere is unpretentious.

The house-made pasta is unique and flavorful. Dishes include the pork sugo, spaghetti and meatballs, hot mess spaghetti and meatballs, sweet corn ravioli, lasagna of the day, and mafaldine. The arugula salad with artichokes is terrific, and the crispy Parmesan garlic bread is beyond great. Everything is delicious, with great food that can keep a group full. The service is great, attentive, and helpful.

They also have prepared sauces and meal kits available for purchase to make simple dinners seem fancy. The only criticism was the lackluster desert choices, such as the olive oil panna cotta. Regardless, it is a shining gem of a restaurant where many look forward to return visits again and again.
