By far, the pizza we’ve ever had!! Great service!!

We had ordered for pick up. The pizza was ready in a timely fashion. (sorry) I'm not really a Chicago pizza fan and neither is my family so we did not opt for deep dish. Either way, it still tasted very much like whatever that essence is of Chicago Deep Dish even though the shape was flat. We ordered one pizza with pepperoni, sausage, roasted mushrooms and garlic; the other pizza had veggies + daiya cheese. Everything was super salty and oily.... The pizza tasted great but I think all these months of making food at home had changed our preferences a bit, hence the 3 stars. I personally won't be back again but I won't deny the food was flavorful. It just wasn't to our taste. There's a reason why this place became a chain and made it out to the West Coast so I'll give them that. I wish I could write more but I just wasn't really wowed. It's definitely worth trying though!

I've been to Patxi's a ton of times over the last few years but I had never been to this location. I had some family visiting from out of town of course had never been and since we were in the city and I'm not super familiar with all the restaurants in the area I suggested Patxi's. We ordered a the artichoke dip with the focaccia bread(my FAV! *chefs kiss*), the Matt Cain Chicago style deep dish and a regular pepperoni and sausage pizza. It wasn't crowded at all so we were able to sit and eat and talk without feeling rushed. My family was thoroughly impressed and loved the food. The music that they played was amazing. We were all surprised at the selection. ( we love r&b) The fact that we sat there and ate and talked we were not rushed at all. The waitress who unfortunately I forgot her name I just know that she had an accent (could've been Russian) was so kind and helpful. I'm not in the city often but I will be sure to be revisiting this particular location when I am and suggesting it to friends who stay in SF when they're in town. Thank you

The service was reasonable. I was able to order online in advance and had about a 10 minute wait which was within the expected time window. I unfortunately found a small white or blond hair in my pizza. =( They use Daiya cheese for the vegan pizza. If you're getting a Chicago deep dish, there will be lots of the cheese. Some people think Daiya tastes like silly putty, but trust me, I've had worse so I think it's the best Chicago vegan deep dish that I've found thus far in the US (including in Chicago!). However, if you don't like silly putty texture, then vegan Chicago deep dish isn't for you.

Hands down, best pizza I've ever had! I used to think NY style pizza was amazing but this far surpasses it! The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly and quick!

De darn licious pizza! Scootered over for a late lunch / beer and had salads to start. You could share 1 pizza for 2, but why not try more! Great location, efficient service and yummy carbs! Enjoy!!!

First time coming to this location. We got the deep dish Greek and it was great! And service was even better!

My review is only for there service, I won't be trying this pizza. I scheduled a pickup for what I assumed was half an hour in advanced, it was actually for a whole day and a half hour in advanced, walked over to talk to someone but the place was closed, called and no one picked up, left a message and no one called back, called the next day (today) to the same results. Still trying to cancel my order. Seems The only thing Patxis is good for is taking the money. Go to Zacharys Pizza, it's employee owned

They don't even have the ability to call in a pizza for delivery. Really. They make you order online and charge over $10 in delivery fees (before tip!!), service fees, multiple nonsense fees just for the incredible inconvenience of having to jump through the needlessly time consuming process of ordering online and rolling the dice with some random third party delivery Johnny. Skip these jokers til they figure out how to deliver a pizza like every other pizza place on earth has been doing since the dawn of time. Truly mind boggling incompetence at the one of the most basic and fundamental portion of any pizza business. Highly inconvenient and the exorbitant delivery fees are a HUGE ripoff.

I walk by this place often and finally came to visit this past Monday night. My bf and I were the only people in the restaurant which I'm hoping the crowd is bigger any other day! We had buffalo wings with ranch to start and they were pretty good. Moving from Texas and I noticed it's hard to find good wings. I know this isn't a wing spot but they were good. Meaty and drenched in sauce. Bonus that I had a mini BOWL of ranch For the pizza we did the Old Chicago Style, deep dish pizza. We chose the 12" and could only finish half (great left overs!!!!!) The inside of the pizza was beautifully stuffed with toppings and came out hot Our waiter, Trent, was great! He always checked on us and sang and danced the whole time we were there. Surprisingly loved the music- late 90s and early 2000s. I felt like I was in middle school singing in the shower lol. I would definitely go back and recommend this place :-) This is my second time having deep dish pizza and it was delicious!

Can you say wow!!!!! Excellent service. Great food and great ambiance. The people were the best. They were so friendly and extra attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Not to mention the background music was on point. We made new friends while having lunch yesterday. They need a raise because I've never had so much fun with staff at a restaurant.
