horrible experience guy making the coffee yelled at us when we mistook someone else’s order for ours then our drinks tasted like warm water mixed with milk and they lack customer service to attend and or help when they have issues

they wouldn't let me use the bathroom in peace even tho i was in the for less than 3 minutes. i just bought the coffee for the bathroom. There were people on line for the bathroom without being customers

I love this coffee but today I saw something that I didn't like, a person from the street came in and opened the milk containers that we use for the coffee. Obviously this person has dirty hands and the workers didn't do or say anything at all until I got up. Tell them to please wash and change those containers for the other customers who are going to use this milk for coffee.

Update April 2024. The people here at this Peet's are soooooo nice and caring well beyond what great customer service is priceless! I'll drive past 4 coffee shops for this peets because the staff here is that good!4 years ago - Mmmm coffee as i like it!
Vegetarian options: Pastries and a couple sandwiches. Plus they have little packs of cheese and fruit.
Parking: Huge parking lot with plenty of mobility accessible spaces as well as spaces for large vehicles.
Kid-friendliness: I love the store they're wonderful to everyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor and wide space for a line and adjustable tables. The staff is always willing to help if needed but also just roll right in it should be good

If I could give a negative star rating it would be -5 the customer service here was beyong horrendous. Over $5 for a cup of cofee that they messed up x3 times ended up throwing it away in their trash and walking out. Only because listening to the employee making the cofee talk about how great Donald Trumpnis made me literally sick.
