I’m a big fan of Peet’s but was disappointed to find they don’t use a proper espresso machine at this location . Instead it’s a button press machine that anyone could use. As a result the flavor is not as good. Staff were very friendly and service was fast.

I ordered a breve and the barista made me a shot of espresso and said to put my own 1/2 and 1/2 in it. A breve is supposed to be a latte made with 1/2 and 1/2. Shame on you Peet's... I've come to expect so much more. When I tried to fix this issue, the cashier blamed it on my friend who ordered the drink instead of admitting his ignorance of the term breve. So sad to see this coffee institution go down the sewer.

All are large in size and have plenty of volume. I was satisfied.
Order using the touch panel, Cashless payment. Because the boarding time was delayed, I was able to take a breather in the large airport.

The coffee shop's practices are concerning. For a large Americano, which should contain 3 shots, they use two double shots but position the cup to waste one shot down the drain. This is incredibly wasteful.
The cleanliness of the establishment is subpar, and there's a noticeable homeless presence outside. When I ordered a large Americano, I observed them make two double shots, discarding one shot in the process. When questioned, the barista claimed I needed to pay extra for an additional shot, which doesn't make sense given their method.
I've witnessed this wasteful practice twice now. The barista mentioned working there for 4 years, which makes me wonder about the cumulative waste of coffee beans over that time. Additionally, the server's attitude was less than professional
