Got myself a Scone that was supposed to be “ creamy “ - dry more like it, maybe needs to be warmed up. Iced Green Tea, can’t go wrong. Asked for the restroom and was given a note to the closest one…. Interesting.
The coffee is typical Peets--roasted to death--but within the context of an oat milk latte, it is very drinkable. I like the outdoor seating (will be better once the Market street construction is completed), and the service is pretty topnotch.
Tasted the masala chai at NY airport return to London UK. Chai was lovely, great authentic indian taste the way proper Gujarati or Mumbai indians make it. Way better than starbucks or Costa Coffee. Good work Peet's Coffee guys.
