The coffee is reliably good, especially for the price. The service is friendly and adequately fast with order ahead.
There are a few too many aggressive homeless making free cocoa at the condiment bar and then occupying tables to be fully comfortable.

I live and work in the neighborhood, this Pete's is my go to place for the best coffee and wonderful food. All the barestas are great there are a couple that stand above the other's. I think her name is Jennifer she is fabulous. Very friendly, outgoing, always has a smile and never gets the order wrong.
If you are in the area stop in you will not be disappointed.

Generally, I have loved every Peet’s location I’ve been to but this one absolutely stands out as a comfort zone that is never bad to stay in. This location maintains the essence of a local coffee shop while undoubtedly delivering the exceptional service that’s expected from Peet’s. Always a good day when I can come here

I like the music, the coffee smells wonderful and tastes good, I have 3 bags at home so I can have it anytime. Their Macha latte with whipped cream is a treat, my older son always gets the caramel frapé with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle on top. We go every Sunday either before, after or before and after our 5k< walk/hike.
Dietary restrictions: You can get nondairy and without the whipped cream
Kid-friendliness: I take my 10yr old with us
Wheelchair accessibility: The Cafe is ground level and open

Always fast and courteous service in this Peet's. Inside temperate of the store is kind of chilly and the seating sparse but there is good seating outside on Cole street. Wifi works well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems easy for a wheelchair to roll in and out. No stairs.

love the staff location and coffeebut i wish there was a way to prioritize people who actually come in and tipi look in no line so i think i’ll get a drink quickly but the staff is so overwhelmed w online ordersyou can be deceived i’ve had to leave my coffee there because the bus was coming in 10 minutes in front of the shop and I still didn’t get it and there was no people so can be deceiving and when I did the app, so my coffee would be cold, so I used to just prefer to order while I’m there
