While I was waiting for a large order of 8 items a woman was at the counter. She was very rude to the staff while ordering and picking up (because of misunderstanding how the menu and substitutions work) and I was sad to see that. Staff was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable.

Peets are the CLOSEST cafe's to HOW IT USED TO BE before the covd circus?It's great that they let you choose how much oat milk or regular fat milk you want in your coffee. And what more could I ask for,... they actually still have HONEY! And just an added plus... their coffee is NOT THE NEW SOUR LIGHT ROASTS that they are trying to convince us are actually drinkable! Espresso coffee beans need to be roasted pretty much like what they do in Italy. If you roast them too...
