I went there the other day for a latte and food. The staff could not have been ruder! No smiles, no ‘thank you’ - I was shocked at how unpleasant the staff was. The only person who was pleasant was the young woman who made the latte. Needless to say, I’ll go elsewhere next time.

We have started going here to support since a friend's daughter started working there, and it's very convenient. Staff super nice! Had a good maple latte this morning. Consistently need to ask for whip cream on to go order for matcha frappe when we do have it ordered on app. Otherwise, will keep coming. Could use a little more coziness to the sitting area, feels almost like a bar. Will also try the chicken waffle sandwich one day!

I got coffee quickly, but my large latte was totally overheated and not tasty. Coffee was done by teen and while steaming the milk she didn’t controlled it at all, and done different things…

I asked them to prepare a Matcha Frappe. At the first attempt, the barista came up short for the medium size order. Then she put about a quarter of powder and milk, but half of a cup of ice, and combined with the rest of a drink that was already being prepared. The result was awful! Quite a large ice particles started blocking soaked paper straw making consumption impossible.
