Horrible service. Worker was so rude for no reason when my friend and I were polite: asked if there’s a bathroom code and immediately interrupted saying “(code)” then I said oh ok and he said “Your welcome?” with attitude, expecting praise for giving a code?? Name tag said “Tucker.”

We tried to have a coffee and spend a pleasant time, but the cashier who served us had a bad attitude. My husband had to get up after 10 minutes to order his coffee because others were being served while we just watched.I'd like to think it was just an oversight, and not because we're Latinos, because most of the customers here are American and they were served very quickly.

I’m not an SF local, but I must say, the warm neighborhood atmosphere of this place is remarkable. Peet’s on Fillmore definitely upholds the convincing guise of an independent, come-as-you-are coffee shop, and on a practical note, the large windows overlooking the passersby of this particularly swanky part of town provide great natural light for spacious, remote working-ready tables like the ones in credit card commercials. I highly recommend.
Chocolate croissant was very stale, table was rather dirty with no options to clean it, and worst part was that the air duct had a bunch of dust on it.

I went there the other day for a latte and food. The staff could not have been ruder! No smiles, no ‘thank you’ - I was shocked at how unpleasant the staff was. The only person who was pleasant was the young woman who made the latte. Needless to say, I’ll go elsewhere next time.

We have started going here to support since a friend's daughter started working there, and it's very convenient. Staff super nice! Had a good maple latte this morning. Consistently need to ask for whip cream on to go order for matcha frappe when we do have it ordered on app. Otherwise, will keep coming. Could use a little more coziness to the sitting area, feels almost like a bar. Will also try the chicken waffle sandwich one day!
