This Peet's location has the best staff. They are so kind and provide excellent service, always making you feel valued. It's the ideal spot to study because they create such a comfortable, non-judgmental environment. Their respect for their customers' time and needs truly makes a difference.

I always tip before I even get my coffee, and most of the staff here are friendly and respectful. When mistakes happen, they usually fix them right away with no problem. Unfortunately, this year one barista has shown a bad attitude — instead of correcting mistakes politely, she argues with me and even tells me the way I drink my coffee is wrong. After 15 years as a loyal customer, I shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome.”

Nice coffee shop with plenty of seating and a friendly ambiance. A good location to get together with friends for coffee or just hang out alone to catch up on emails, etc. Their capacinno is pretty decent. Food options are somewhat limited as compared to similar shops. Plus there is plenty of free parking in the shopping complex.

Coffee at the ol’ G•E•T Plaza? I’m showin’ my age; having coffee out here in Lakeshore Plaza after a quick visit to a gloriously foggy beach (was visiting from the land of the heat, Coachella Valley) and was delighted that there’s a coffee chain that I’ve dearly missed since leaving Northern California. Staff was kind, delightful and helpful; was looking for a hot version of the Tuxedo drink, and the barista suggested another variant which I liked even better than having the original cold brew drink! Branded coffee mugs made for a nice souvenir to take back with me, and another barista help me get the mug safely wrapped for transport back home. I’ll be looking forward to visit this establishment when returning back and can’t wait to try more drinks featuring the bold flavors of Peet’s Coffee.

Cashier was insanely rude. Train your employees on BASIC customer service!!!!
Nice part of San Francisco and near the beach
I just ordered a cappuccino, and the attendant was rude and looked upset, as if she didn’t like her job. I always leave a tip, but for this kind of service, I won’t. I’m not going to have coffee at this location anymore.
Good spot for coffee and snacks!
The cashier was wonderful—so kind and friendly that I even left a tip. However, my experience was soured by the barista, who was extremely rude. Unfortunately, because of that, I won’t be leaving a tip next time, even though the cashier truly deserves it.

The lady at the register was rude and very unkept like she rolled out of bed. Caucasian girl w half dark and blonde hair. I was asking her about the milk options and wanted a healthy option but she didn’t know much about them (which is fine) as I mentioned I wanted a healthy option she just had a blank gaze stare like stop talking to me. I wanted an ice latte and I had NOT mentioned that so when my warm latte got there I expressed “hey sorry I wanted an ice latte and It was my fault” which they made but when she announced my name rolled her eyes so hard. It’s like c’mon what are you in grade school? My table top was not clean either. The manager should do some training on customer service and hygiene. I just moved down the street and will take my business elsewhere from now on. Peet’s if you want to continue to upset guests and lose money keep on how you are going.
Terrible service, workers were rude and not accommodating to a blind elderly lady. I asked the worker for a plastic knife and he responded with “huh?”, extremely unprofessional. Elderly lady who was blind needed assistance, none of them cared to even try to help! Her total was $10.66, she gave $10, and they kept demanding the 66 cents asking her if she maybe had an extra dollar. My dad handed them his credit card to pay for whatever she wanted. There’s no 10% discount you could apply to get it within her $10? She’s not homeless, just old and completely blind and you’re being strict about 66 cents for your regular customer?! Grow up and get better.
They were so rude and wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I asked for a fork. They had no patience and were very aggressive towards the costumers
My favorite coffee chain.this area, pending special events or rush hour, isn't too busy most days. Pending when you go, it is very quick to get your order
Parking: It's a square open-air mall, and the lot is the center of it.

It's really the people that work at the coffee shops that makes the experience nice, but at this place, employees are not very welcoming, they barely greet you, no thank yous, just very dry and not friendly.
Their drinks are good for the most part, sometimes come out luke warm.
