Your coffee sucks. I just bought a medium decaf for $5 and it tastes like hot water, no coffee taste whatsoever. I throwed it away. You should be ashamed by selling stuff like that.

Crowded, for some reason all the workers don't speak english, loud, overpriced, overwhelmed and overworked staff, bad layout. Why are the bathrooms so hard to get to?

I visited in the morning and ordered coffee with my food at Boudin. Their system requires you to pick up coffee separately at the attached Peet’s counter. After collecting my clam chowder, I went to Peet’s where my receipt number was displayed on the pickup screen, but couldn’t find my order. When I asked the barista about it, she simply stated that someone else must have taken it. She eventually remade my coffee, but did so with noticeable frustration - spilling coffee drops while handling it and leaving the lid partially flooded with liquid. I chose not to confront her directly, but I do think the system should be improved. Checking order numbers when handing over coffee would prevent mix-ups like this. The morning wasn’t particularly busy with only 2-3 customers present, so I don’t believe this would be something difficult to do during non-rush hours.

I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it tasted like nothing! The stars are for the service, atmosphere and for them replacing my coffee..

Real espresso and fresh bread not too bad for us Europeans ?? Taste the local clam soup!
Both service and atmosphere were good. Packaged food is standard, and you can receive it and drink it at a table inside the building or outside. Recommended for those who like savory coffee.

It should not be legal to have a place with so many tables and no toilet. I was directed both by the usher and by a sign to the filthy public toilet outside.
