Just wanted to review since there’s a string of bad ones.
Ordered a blueberry muffin and usually I’m worried about pastries being stale but this one tasted so good and fresh. Pleasantly surprised. Wished we got more pastries now.
Also ordered two coffees.
All the orders were through a touch screen. No awkward tipping situation in front of the employee.
Easy and seamless ordering. Quick service.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese to bring on my plane. When I went to open the cream cheese it was completely green and molded (I’ve never seen cream cheese that spoiled). Extremely frustrating as it is a very simple order and now I’m stuck on a long haul flight with no food. They clearly don’t keep up with their inventory control.

Worst latte I've ever had. I'd prefer a gas station coffee over that. Cup wasn't anywhere near full and the foam at the top was as if they put some bubbles from the dishwashing sink into the cup.

40 cent additional service charge.. just raise your prices. Espresso is burnt and the coffee tastes gross. Gas station quality is better,

I ordered an Italian sandwich and they told me they couldn’t warm it up for me because they can’t use the oven after 6pm… Peet’s should simply close down this store because their reputation is going down the toilet every day thanks to them.

Their chocolate croissant is okay, and it’s okay as a snack to bring on board.The queuing process is relatively slow, so if you are rushing to board the plane, it is not recommended to queue up to buy.
