Great coffee, nice ambiance. Lots of glass windows with daylight, very modern exterior aesthetic.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair elevator, 2ft height from street level to coffee shop level.

Pleasant atmosphere, close to many business, vegan options. I would have given this peers 5 stars but the bathroom is in another building.Staff are pleasant and I appreciate the festive decor.

disappointed that this location does not have an effective ordering system. no receipt issued and when i asked i was told that they can take a screenshot. Also the coffee and croissants we ordered takes forever and i have to follow up and remind them that we dont have it yet. it took 30 minutes to get them. they gave it to us one at a time and not warmed. its cold and i have to ask them yo warm it up. overall, bad service and wont go back ever to this location.

One star is for the disgustingly rude worker there named Jeremiah. This location is the closest to where I work, I've been working in the same area for over 10 years. Never had an issue with the people who work there as they've always been pleasant. But this little kid was horrible. Zero customer service, rude as hell and has no conscious as to how ugly his attitude and behavior is. He's so bad that I stopped going there and started going to the one on Montgomery street only to find him working there one morning. I believe he recognized me and as I put in my order, he had this side smirk on his face and of course his ugly attitude and zero customer service. I stopped going to any nearby Peets because he's awful. And what put me off even more at the Montgomery street location, was how the usually sweet and happy workers seemed to be very uneasy working with him. The look on their faces said it all and it was like they were too scared to speak and he seemed to enjoy that! He either needs to get fired or needs more training if he's going to serve coffee to people all hours of the day and work with other people in the customer service sector. Sadly, It's a no from me and my colleagues at any Peets in the Financial District....

Lady who took our order was super nice. Lady who was making the coffee called an order out-we were the only ones in there so I asked if it was ours. She was very confused asking my order so I repeated it to her. Turns out it was another order but she proceeded to talk negatively about me while I'm standing there to another employee about how I almost took another order/didn't know the specifics of what was supposed to be inside my cup. If you want to talk crap about me fine-but don't do it while I'm standing in front of you!

Peet's coffee is a great stop. The coffee tastes good and in San Francisco, there is one on every corner or you would think so. It was a little difficult to understand the order process but we figured it out. Enjoyed our stop in the coffee heaven

They charge for whipped cream. Like really?! I'm not sure if this is only for this location. Whenever I go to the Geary location I have never been charged for whipped cream. Maybe cause I'm not a regular here ? Not the best Peets in SF.

Good coffee, happy faces, great service. With a selection of cakes / sandwiches too. Much better taste and service than Starbucks!
