They made me wait longer than expected because some homeless dude stole a Doordash order and then they made coffee for him again ahead of me who was waiting 10 mins. Mind you there are 3 employees that are working at the same time. 2 of them were just standing there doing nothing. I tipped $1.50 which I always have at Peet's. Never again. They should consider people's time. Some of us work nearby

Easy to order. No surcharge on alternative milk. Bright, sunlit interior. Loads of seats and tables mid-afternoon. Chill music. My iced unsweetened matcha latte with oat was perfect!

Great place ! I like to take a large flatwhite there, and most of the times it's good enough to perfect (depends on barista). At least one teammate makes it 10/10, and I really apreaciate this, guys. Thanks for the service and your attitude ! You are the best.

Tried Pete's all new and limited the new waffle and chicken sandwich. Yummy I want two of them so maybe the price could come down, just a bit. Still five stars. Yummy. And and this store has pretty hot customers myself excluded so so maybe this should become my morning start. Thinking..... Peace happy holidays

This place doesn’t know how to make coffee, you asked for a medium vanilla late with an extra shot of espresso and they give you a half way full cup, not even hot enough and instead of tasting stronger it tastes sweeter. Also some of the staff are rude and have attitude. I stopped shopping at Starbucks because of the drinks quality and taste. Love Peet’s Coffee but this location needs to work on making better drinks, gotta say Peet’s on grant ave. In south San Francisco is the best I had so far and every time I go my coffee is strong, hot and you can feel the difference on your first sip.

Having the worst time in life and the other day I was given the best cup of coffee I have had since moving here two years ago.
Baristas at this location are always so nice. For example, today Jazlyn greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy, and went above and beyond to make sure my espresso macchiato was perfect in every way. Exceptional customer service!
