Ordered an earl gray with vanilla and cream and they didn’t put any vanilla or cream. I wasn’t worried about the cream because I was able to add it myself but when I finally tasted it I could tell there was absolutely no vanilla and I was charged extra!! I’ve worked for Peets and this is just absolutely disappointing. The service was awful employees look like they hate their job. Suggestion.. if you don’t like service jobs don’t get one please!

The staff here are super friendly and so accommodating towards remote workers. I had a last minute meeting that ended at the same time they close and they genuinely told me it’s cool to stay until they close or a few minutes later.

This location is directly across the street from Airbnb HQ, so I stopped in before my meeting there for a quick pick-me-up and bite. I had an overpriced crispy turkey and cheese half sandwich. It was greasy and messy, with all the cheese sliding out upon first bite. Save your money; there are much better food options nearby, as I soon discovered. Staff was pleasant. Walkable area during the day.
