Peets Coffee

I purchased a scone and a machiatto before my flight. The blueberry scone was dry and bland and so was the machiatto. Find another food place at the D gates. This was a waste of money and time.

Ordering is a pain in the neck. You have to use a computer while the staff just stands there.

When asking to toast or warm up danish, brutally refused by replying “we don’t do here.” Starbucks, calling you.

The croissant was decent, but the coffee was bland. The service, however, was disappointing. After ordering, I was sent back and forth between staff just to get my croissant, which was already on display. Instead of an apology, the first lady threw the croissant bag on the counter without a smile. I regret tipping.

Service needs work. They want people to go through the kiosk I order and pay through there. Only for them to not have my order after waiting patiently for 10min. I asked the worker and he seemed almost unwilling to help asked to see my bank account. As a paying customer the whole experience could be better if the kiosk was in working ordered and worker realized it wasn’t my fault it didn’t print his ticket for my coffee. Not returning.

We asked for three cappuccinos. They made three with sugar. After a lot of complaining, they agreed to replace them. And serves too hot while one was cold.

What the hell is wrong with the staff? Why are they super rude? All I wanted was a coffee after a stressful check-in with my toddler. The lady there is so unpleasant and rude. I shouldn’t have tipped them. She also forgets half of my order.

This is the worst Peets I have ever been to. The lady who works the 4:30 AM shift is rude and cranky. If you can’t handle a morning shift then don’t take the job.
