Consistently inconsistent. Do not go here expecting Peet's coffee. It is not the same. There are better options. The best at sfo is ritual in terminal 1, here you can try equator or dogpatch for decaf.

This Peets is the worst in the bay area. Nobody upfront, nobody helping, nobody smiling. Won’t take airline vouchers either. I walked.

No seating. The salad was awful. The greens were wilted and looked spoiled, and the “crispy” bread topping was completely soft and soggy — no crunch at all. It felt like it had been sitting out for way too long.
Overall, it was THE worst and most unpleasant salads I’ve ever had.

$17 breakfast burrito ordered on a kiosk, still asking for tips... service charges also. Decent tasting burrito for airport food

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at Peet’s Coffee. I was given a horrible, extremely bitter coffee, so hot that I could barely hold the cup. When I tried to take a sip, the drink spilled on me because the lid was defective.
When I asked for some ice water, they handed me only ice and told me to go ‘fill the water myself from a sink near the restroom.’ This kind of attitude toward customers is absolutely unacceptable, especially in an airport. This is not service — it’s a disgrace. I strongly urge management to look into what is going on at this location

Not sure if it is just because it is in an airport, but I don’t think Peet’s drip coffee can taste bad like this. Not like this

Just spent almost $11 for a bottled water and a cold chocolate croissant. Like every other Peet’s Coffee… why wouldn’t this location warm up the pastries? That should be a given.
The coffee and food are delicious. I ordered with a QR code right when they opened. I got my drink in 5 minutes and waited 30 minutes for my pastry. I asked for help getting it 4 times and the first 3 times they ignored me and refused to help me. Terrible service. Pretty much everyone was having an issue, not having it resolved, and was getting frustrated.
In my opinion the service is bad. Employees seemed rude to me. Coffee isrems to be poorly brewed and everything seems over priced.
The line moved quickly, food was out fast, just wish it had been warmed up, maybe there was an option that we missed. But a cold apple fritter is definitely not as good as a warm one. The cappuccino was delicious, highly recommend.

I ordered 2 Cappuccinos, one was twice as light as the other and tasted more like a Latte. I don't recommend it to people. It costs 16 dollars and the pleasure is 0.

Bad experience. Yet again a typical example of poor management and customer experience. I asked for for a toasted croissant and they gave me a freezing croissant 😀
When I asked if they can toast it, staff was not even concerned to listen.

The new tablets for ordering slows everything down. It takes forever.
And the manager at 6:30 is rude. Impatient and bossy with staff and customers.
The worst experience. Avoid.
