Our waiter did not check up on us ONCE, except to take our order and give us our check. We had to ask another server for bread. My food was not good either. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Frequent visitor ... always get what is expected ... great menu and impeccable, professional service. Today's visit included the octopus appetizer, two of their fabulous pastas, and assorted cookies with a cappuccino. Everything fantastic. We make the trip in from the East Bay enduring the traffic, and are never disappointed. Perbacco is a cut above.

At least 7 different service members stopped by to ensure the entire experience was special. I'm a former GM of fine dining restaurants in Carmel and this was a throwback to professional old school service. The food impeccable with detailed attentive service!

The food is excellent and the white table cloth service presents a special meal. The ambiance is upscale. I would appreciate that Perbacco would serve bread on the table for NO charge.

We went during restaurant week and had a very good experience. Our waiter was outstanding, knowledgeable, & personable. He had a great knowledge of barolos and Barbaresco wines as he was from Italy. The food was excellently prepared and the portions were just right. Also not too much salt. The only bad experience was the waitstaff forgot to bring back our doggie bag and we didn't realize it until we had walked out of the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant dinner.
Such a great experience! Food was phenomenal and the service was equally as phenomenal. Logan our waiter did a fantastic job serving us. It was my friends birthday and he made sure she had a great experience with great service and a free dessert. Definitely coming back when I visit Durango in the future!

The only weird thing worth noting is when we arrived, the host was away from the front door seating another party or doing something at the back for the restaurant. There were two waiters/expos, a tall guy with a ponytail and a shorter woman, standing by the bar talking to each other. They looked at us, and then returned to their conversation without even saying hi or acknowledging us. We the stood there for a few minutes in awkward silence wondering if the restaurant was open or what was going on, until the host finally returned. Wasn’t the type of greeting I’d expect for a restaurant of this calibre.
Enjoyable experience with family on Thursday. Good quality although wish that green vegetables would be served with a $40 entree. The timing between appetizers and entrees was lengthy perhaps trouble in the kitchen? Nevertheless we will be back and recommend Perbacco.

Friends took me to Perbacco for lunch recently. Every dish was impeccable, but I was particularly impressed by the Triangoli ravioli one of my table mates ordered. The flavors were so complex and appealing. The Baba Al Rum dessert was as scrumptious as it looks!

Went here for my husband's bday dinner with friends. Our first time. The food and the service were good. The pasta dishes we ordered were a bit too over cooked. Also, they forgot my request about bringing a dessert out with candle after the meal for my husband. I literally had to chase our waiter to tell him this. He came back with a happy birthday writing on the plate with some meringue cookies. Was nice but I wish they were more attentive with customers' requests.

Every item the four of us ordered was excellent. Perbacco is proof that not all Italian restaurants are alike. The sommelier was informative, helpful and attentive. The wrong entree was delivered to one of us (but was quickly replaced). Our server was efficient but not engaging. There was quite a bit more noise than we expected. We do strongly recommend Parbacco.
