The service is amazing - My favorite is the Pappardelle - The wine list is also extensive. We enjoyed a 2021 Nebbiolo - Il Favot - it was fantastic
Superb, high quality pasta made with love. Sensible portions, sincere staff and quiet enough that you could actually have a conversation!
What a great experience. For the great cocktails at the bar before dinner. Shout out to Josue for the recommendations for drinks and wine. He makes a great drink. Our waitress (sorry can't remember her name) was awesome and knew how to explain all the dishes we asked about. The busboys kept the table clean and the water glasses filled. 4 stars
All staff courteous. Umberto still around welcoming his patrons and supporting his staff. Josue is the best bartender in town - thanks to all for the great service.
I had not been in Perbacco in maybe a year, glad to have been reminded how solid and pleasant this place is! I went for a business lunch, perfect for that setting, spacious space and incredibly well-prepared food!
Outstanding food, energetic ambience and decent service. Very loud though and difficult to hear fellow dinners.
Service was impeccable and the pasta dishes and short rib were amazing but the porchetta was on the dry side. The hazelnut meringues were perfectly cooked...crunchy outside and pillowy soft middle. The fig panna cotta was delicious and unique.
Delicious food and lots of choices. My companion found her chicken dry. My soup and steak were delicious. Our waiter seemed as tho' he was not fond of his job. While he certainly was timely in bringing our food, he seemed detached in a way I've not experienced before in my many trips to PERBACCO over the years. I will say I booked with Open Table and noted it was a birthday lunch. We were delightfully presented with a delicious dessert in celebration of the day.
I have only ever had excellent meals and service at Perbacco since I've been dining here for the last 10 years. Makes a big difference when the owner is there eveyday, as is the wonderful and kind Gilberto!
The owner really knows what he's doing with Perbacco. Bravo, bravo to the quality of the experience, the food, and the drinks, whether you're in a blazer, a dress shirt, a sweatshirt, or your favorite sweater. Their Flat Iron Steak was so tender, so juicy, so savory, you didn't need a steak knife- a butter knife would slice through the meat, like... butter. The Papardelle is always a showstopper. One of us also has gnocchi in red sauce, just right. I had a pasta dish with veal from their Prix Fixe menu with their romaine Caesar salad (fresh Parmesan cheese and a little anchovie on top). While Italian desserts are often synonymous with cannoli and tiramasu, it's their soft cheese board you must try, with a dash of quince jelly and local honey on a walnut crustini bread. The combination compliments each other to make a tangy yet sweet and rich dessert - albeit a healthy one that lifts up your energy with the mix of Piemontese cow, goat & sheep's milk cheese. We also shared their Brutti Ma Buoni "ugly but good" Piemontese hazelnut cookies as a birthday celebration, which were powder puffs of goodness, and their house made cookie assortment. If all this makes you wonder where is the cappuccino, well, one of us enjoyed their cappuccino: excellent, and strong.

We went for the Truffles. They were very nonchalant about the presentation. The smell needs to be part of the experience! The smell was delicious the taste was lacking. Not sure why that was. Otherwise we had a fun filled evening.
Awesome delicious food. Had burrata with sun dried tomatoes and prosciutto and a pasta. So tasty. Service very attentive. Ambience wonderful
Everything about dinner was perfect except for the noise level. I had to raise my voice uncomfortably to converse with my guest. I'm not sure that there's anything Perbacco can do about that. It's probably just the nature of dining in a popular restaurant downtown.
We have not dined at Perbacco for many years and returned last night to use our Open Table reward. It was a wonderful meal with warm and friendly service. We enjoyed the arancini, octopus and some amazing hamachi crudo to start and for our mains we had the tajarin and the short rib pappardelle, both of which were outstanding! Jamie, our server was wonderful and we can't wait to return. Plus, they also have valet parking which was very convenient.
We were 3 couples and were initially seated at a long high top table. It was near the kitchen. We asked for another table and were seated upstairs at a round table. There weren't any other parties up there and it was great to have privacy and a quiet table. We were there for Restaurant week and they served a fixed price 3 course dinner. The food was seasonal and very good. The host, Scott, and our waitress were excellent. Great service!
