Exceptional food! Their hamachi Crudo starter is to die for. So is their perfectly acidic gem salad. The short rib pappardelle were perfectly al dente and juicy. The red wine from Etna certainly punched above its pay grade and would have it any time. I only wish they had tiramisu on the menu… Great for business dinners. OK for dates - a bit too stuffy. Wouldn’t come with a group of friends.

My meal was well cooked (did not love the entree due to the heavy flavor of anise on the pork loin and bitter frisee salad, although it was helped by the sweet pears), but had delicious dessert (pistachio tronchetto) with a scrumptious amaro the cogenial bartender recommended. Both bartenders were attentive in service and friendly (which is very unusual these days, so props to both of them). I would definitely give this another try and order a different entree, The pork was deliciously cooked in terms of tenderness, but and not a flavor profile.I usually order and didn't knowingly order. It's an upscale neoghborhood restaurant with nice atmosphere so definitely worth a try for a solid and authentic Italian meal.

Creative, melt in your mouth pastas & the Petrale Sole was a standout. Interesting wines/drinks too and professional service. 10 out of 10!
The service is amazing - My favorite is the Pappardelle - The wine list is also extensive. We enjoyed a 2021 Nebbiolo - Il Favot - it was fantastic
We had an amazing dinner our busser was amazing. Our server was not the best he didn't give us much attention.
I loved the atmosphere and the music.

Superb, high quality pasta made with love. Sensible portions, sincere staff and quiet enough that you could actually have a conversation!
What a great experience. For the great cocktails at the bar before dinner. Shout out to Josue for the recommendations for drinks and wine. He makes a great drink. Our waitress (sorry can't remember her name) was awesome and knew how to explain all the dishes we asked about. The busboys kept the table clean and the water glasses filled. 4 stars
All staff courteous. Umberto still around welcoming his patrons and supporting his staff. Josue is the best bartender in town - thanks to all for the great service.
I had not been in Perbacco in maybe a year, glad to have been reminded how solid and pleasant this place is! I went for a business lunch, perfect for that setting, spacious space and incredibly well-prepared food!

Outstanding food, energetic ambience and decent service. Very loud though and difficult to hear fellow dinners.
We love Perbacco. Cozy corner table and exceptional service. Our waitress was juggling several tables but we felt well attended to.
Perbacco is a fantastic lunch spot in the Financial District if you’re craving classic, authentic Italian food. You can’t go wrong with the burrata plate. I don’t often finish a plate of pasta, but I enjoyed every last bite of the pesto pasta here. Of course, a meal isn’t complete without dessert, so the sorbetto was a perfect, refreshing finish.

Food was great, ambience was mid. We were traveling from the east coast and came here on a date night to celebrate a promotion. I made reservations, but still had a bit of a wait, which is fine.
In the past, at other restaurants, anytime I've put that we were celebrating something on the reservation, they show up in some way to celebrate. Whether that's a dessert or champagne. Perhaps I've grown a little spoiled, but I thought it was a bit of a miss to not even mention this note on the reservation. Our waitress seemed a bit disconnected / unenthusiastic entirely.
The food was really good overall. This spot definitely attracts an older crowd, which might be why the lights were brighter, but for a 8:30pm reservation, I was surprised by how bright the restaurant was. We probably would've lingered longer for more drinks or dessert if the vibes were better.

Visited the restaurant for our anniversary, such a disappointment on a number of fronts 1. Very small martini’s 2. Champaign (although French) was served barely chilled 3. Arancini was the biggest failure, not even close to being authentic flat out bad, small little balls tasteless no peas in the middle, served warm. 4. Octopus was just ok, not much taste, served warm not hot. Pappardelle was excellent, duck quacked when pinched, very tough ! My review comes from an East Coast 1st Gen Sicilian so needless to say I am spoiled, but “Perbacco” translated to I’m amazed in English, I am so amazingly disappointed.
