This is my favorite (#1) Viet Namese restaurant in San Francisco. The food is extremely well prepared, the service is always top level, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm.

Try #22 on their menu. It's my favorite: Garlic noodles and pork.

Twin brothers own this place, and they are always friendly, inviting, and attentive.

It's truly a gem and a must visit.

Their garlic noodles are so good! I get it with their 5 spice chicken and imperial rolls and it hits the spot! I could never finish the whole thing since their portions are so generous. Their pho is very good too!

We order from Perilla weekly. The food is consistently delicious. Love the 5 spice chicken/ imperial rolls/ garlic noodle combo, the pork or chicken/ imperial rolls/ vermicelli combo, the shrimp spring rolls, and the pho ga (chicken). Big portions so I always have leftovers for the next day. One of these days, I'll actually dine in.
