Perry’s on the Union has a pretty solid Irish pub vibe ,relaxed, lively, and a good place to hang out in SF. The atmosphere is definitely the highlight. The food was decent. I didn’t absolutely love it, but I didn’t dislike it either. What stood out was how fresh everything tasted ,the ingredients were clearly high quality. Overall, a good spot for the ambiance and a casual meal.

We were seated promptly but the cafe style tables and chairs aren't the most comfortable to be warned. Still okay, and service was warm and attentive. Cocktails were great. Artichokes, calamari, and tuna poke were all delicious. Our mains were pretty good - salmon was great, spaghetti and meatballs was okay, steak salad was okay the steak tender and well cooked but salad disappointing. Wine selection very good and nice pours. We'd go again and avoid some dishes.

Perry's has always been a fun place for a good burger. However, I don't think the restaurant was prepared for a full house therefore service was a little bit slow. Otherwise, food was great.

We were visiting SF for my wife's birthday, found this place browsing nearby restaurants on Google Maps. Reviews looked good and so did the menu, we decided to go for my wife's birthday dinner. It is kid friendly, love that the kids food came out quick, we both got the pot roast and it was amazing. Everything was great, my only two real complaints, seating was very tight, almost uncomfortably grouped too tight, and the service was just okay, would have ordered more drinks if someone checked on us....
