Absolutely delicious ice cream!!! The counter service was great, he was very nice. The space was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back. The ice cream was the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. Best coconut and strawberry

Best gelato I have had in the Bay Area hands down. They allow tasting two but I always get their hazlenut chocolate crunch . Even take some to go each time I go.

The mango sorbet is good. We also tried the honey lavender but we weren't a big fan of it. Anything that tastes like what lavender smells like is not my favorite but i'm sure there are people who enjoy these kind of flavors. The shop is a little creamery with a few flavors to choose from. The two staff working at the time didn't seem too welcoming ): didn't see a smile at all during our visit not even to the other customers that came in When we said thank you one of the workers just awkwardly looked. If you are craving gelato this is a great place, good to always try new places alwaysss

Friendly service, and delicious gelatos and sorbets. I am lactose intolerant, and appreciate the option of ordering a chocolate sorbet oat milk shake!

Excellent gelato, but would expect them to put at least a bit of effort into the interior design, yet there was none. The tables are there, but not a nice place to enjoy your ice-cream

Stopped by on a Saturday night and it was a little busy but we were able to get seating! The service was great and they allowed us to try many flavors. The chocolate hazelnut and the coconut flavors were amazing!!

I stopped by today for my first visit and had the honey lavender gelato. It was perfection! The complimentary wafer added an extra touch. Definitely recommended on an unusual warm day like today, or any day, really. I look forward to trying out the lemon gelato next!

Soft in texture and creamy. But nothing special. I guess almost every creamery these days sells the same kind of gelato. I give it 3 stars because it is $6.25 for a very small serving.

Got a gelato flight and the gelato tastes dense and packed with flavors. My favorite is the tiramisu and passion fruit sorbet.

Delicious gelati. Hand-made gelato and sorbet in small batches. Many delicious flavors. Try the different flavors like Honey-Lavender - subtle and divine. Authentic and the most high-quality product in SF. Service is fast and friendly.

I am on the lookout for ice cream/gelato cake every year because there are people in the world who believe ice cream is better than cake. I was surprised that there haven't been reviews about the cakes here, but maybe it's a San Francisco secret. Currently, they have 2 types of cake available: the strawberry mascarpone gelato with chocolate sponge and the mirror glazed gelato cake. The mirror glazed gelato cake is very chocolaty. The thin sponge layer at the bottom has a hazelnut crunch. The flavor reminded me of a richer Ferrero Rocher. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and responsive.

Still so very good. It's light and creamy. Highly recommend anything on the menu. 2 single scoops in cone ~ $14

My kids liked their ice cream. They have lots of flavor. Whenever we come to downtown we always go to Philmore creamery.
