what happened to Philz? the quality of the food has deteriorated. not sure why. my wrap was also scrunched up and shriveled. not worth the money. the coffee is alright but not spectacular. not worth the money if I can avoid it

I had to ask for napkins; the tables were dirty.

I love Philz. But what’s turned me from going 5 days a week to every once in a while is that you can’t walk with their coffee without spilling it all over. This happens 50% of the time.

For a $6-8 cup of coffee, can we please just have a better lid? I used to try to compromise by holding it with napkins, but they just took away napkins…

Nice people, order on the mobile app or online because it takes a long time to get the coffee or tea. 10 plus min.

Stopped by Philz Coffee on a Tuesday morning around 7:40 AM, and unfortunately, they were already sold out of all breakfast items—which was surprising for such an early hour. We ordered just coffee and tea, but the drinks took quite a while to be prepared.

When we finally received them, they weren’t even hot, which was disappointing given the wait. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.

The coffee was good. The food was terrible. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast burrito was very very small and was not that good. The breakfast sandwich was horrible and both over priced for what you get. My wife ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and it was much bigger, and she liked it. That's what I should have gotten.

I stopped in for a coffee during my morning commute. I waited about 15 minutes and still the coffee wasn't ready. I had to tell them to forget about it as I was now late. Part of the issue is the number of virtual orders but it is compounded by multiple employees laughing, joking and sitting in the back during the morning commute rush.. Great coffee terrible customer experience.

The coffee is ok. However, the mocha tesora tastes mostly like cocoa powder (not chocolate). I don't think they're using a good chocolate, and the drink could also use more coffee.

Also: I noticed that the woman who works at the cash register handles the coffee cups by holding them from the top, with one finger touching the inside the cup. Instead of just holding the cup with all her fingers on the outside like most people. And going directly from the register to the cups without first washing her hands. Sorry for the call out but that's not sanitary.

Wifi is good, but music is playing so loud that you cannot really concentrate. The coffee is not great but staff was really nice.

Extremely stuffy smell, worst coffee I've had this year and muck on the chair.
