I love this Philz. I’m a regular. The staff is awesome and the coffee is great. I took off stars because of the “milk” situation. Could Philz please have a milk option between heavy cream and nonfat milk? I love the cream but my cholesterol can’t take it on the daily. Nonfat is basically white water, and I dont like plant milk. So can we get 2%? Or whole milk? It would be better than the high fat cream option and the other gross (to me) options. Thank you!

Service was unfortunately very slow—it took 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. I’m not sure why this place is so popular; the coffee isn’t great. I’ve tried all the different varieties and roasts and really gave it a fair chance, but honestly, you’re better off grabbing a cup from one of the smaller, local mom-and-pop shops down the street.

There's lots of light through the windows and lots of places to sit. It can be a bit noisy but not overwhelming. The employees are patient and accommodating. They explain the drinks well if you know how to ask. I tried their cold brew and it was very mild. I enjoyed it.
Dishonestly lists prices on the menu by adding a resteruant set fee to the listed price. This is not a tax and not mandated by the city.

First time trying Philz and definitely not my last! I came in around 12:45 and tried an Iced Ecstatic and it is safe to say I felt ecstatic after drinking. Their registers were down at the time, but it was easy to order through their app and quick. I highly recommend coming here if you need an afternoon pick me up or just want to enjoy a delicious beverage. Also seems like a nice study spot, lots of accessible outlets and ample seating.
