The five spice chicken noodle soup and beef stew noodle soup taste delicious. I recommend adding extra noodles. The angel wings are a must!

The food at this small restaurant is great, to say the least. The atmosphere here resembles that of a family-owned restaurant. The broth and noodles are great and everything works well together. The portions are great and the price is quite reasonable. Would recommend to other and would come again.

This place is a solid choice if you've got cash on you (cash only!) And are craving pho. The bahn mis leave something to be desired but are on the cheap side (when I first moved to the neighborhood 7 years ago the sandwiches were less than $4 a piece) and are filling. The pho and noodles are cooked perfect every time and for lunch they can get a line sometimes. The old man who takes the order is prompt and friendly enough; he doesn't care about my day but he removed the utensils when I ask to cut down on plastic. The portions have seemingly gotten a touch smaller but not by much, but it would warrant getting an appetizer. The food overall is a win and whenever I crave Vietnamese food and don't want to break the bank, I'll drop $15 here for a bowl of pho and a thai tea to go.

Bánh canh cua was delicious. Will definitely be back!Tip: must bring cash!
Delicious pho for a great price! My go to pho shop in my neighborhood. I tried most of their noodle soups and rice plates and all are great!
They raised their price and the portions were smaller.
CASH ONLYJust buy something from Grocery Outlet and get cash back, or Bank of America down the streetI have been happily going to Pho Luen Fat for years, I have their phone number in my phone. I always get Large Combination Pho and Steak Pho, egg rolls, spring rolls, and my thai tea.
Its good. But it feels like every time i come here they skimp alot on the meat. Not just the rice plates but the noodle soups as well. Barely any.Luen fat 2.5 out of 5 stars.
