Worse thing I've ever ate in my life!!!! Fish horrific. Will be letting Health Department know of conditions & practices as well.

2 piece & chips w good vinegar and fine sea salt - absolutely hit all the spots! Takeaway only; made a nice mobile lunch, walking up colorful Polk Gulch.

I want my money back. Saying this food is fish and chips should be illegal. The fish was tasteless, I tasted nothing but bread crumbs. No flavor. Save your money.

Sorry That wasn't good at all. Fish or chips. No taste. Just tasted like unfresh fish and a cardboard box. I would like my $12 back. Sorry I'm being totally honest I can't even finish it

The food was decent. I got the combo for$19. Didn't find the oysters very good but prawns were good and fish okay. It's takeout only, took 20 minutes due to several customers ordering, one person working. No cocktail sauce available, I couldn't believe it! The takeout container was too small and couldn't remotely be closed. He handed it to me like that, as if the need for a bag wasn't totally obvious. Rushed and not very friendly. Online site is severely out of date with prices double those shown. Cans of doda $2. Will try somewhere else.

I love this place. It’s the kind of spot that makes this city so special. No fuss, just beautifully executed fried fish and chips, etc. It’s hard to do what this gentleman does. The genius of it is in not trying to make it something it’s not, keeping it ‘très authentique.’ Some people don’t get that, nor will they ever. It’s not T.G.I.McFunsters (RIP Bourdain); it’s Piccadilly on Polk.

Flavorless. Highly disappointed. Old man that runs the shop ought to hire a decent cook because what I had was a waste of almost 20 dollars the pepper you see sprinkled was pepper I put on the food myself

I miss this place. I ate there for like 20 years before moving away. This place is awesome and the food is greasy. They used to have fried squid, I hope they still do as it was excellent. This is a very unique place, and I hope to be there again one day.

Very rude to black people
Surprised that there are so many bad reviews. Food was cooked right after the order. Can't be soggy. Awesome fish fries and onion rings, so crispy. Can be bland to some people (especially if you're used to salty food), but to me it was great - just add some ketchup and adjust it to your own taste.

I don’t really understand the bad reviews: fish is perfectly fried and crispy and the man working there was friendly. The fries are okay, but the fish shines. I was most disappointed by not realizing I needed to order tartar sauce (my fault though!)
