Stopped in here after a show and had possibly the best grilled bacon and cheese sandwich of my life. Milkshake tasted nice but was thin and service was spotty (but they were very busy). Did have to wait a long time for the check but overall enjoyed the food and vibe. Would return if/when in the area.

I enjoyed a great breakfast here on a Saturday morning. Great service, friendly helpful staff and tasty food. What more could you want.

Their food has gone down hill since Covid. Their turkey burgers are overly dry......the wait staff is extremely rude and stuck up.....oh and I had a bug crawl out of my salad to the side of my bowl...

Great friendly staff, tasty and filling meals
Great atmosphere, mixed crowd of tourists and locals.

Highly dependent on staff. Walked in with three empty tables and nobody waiting and “couldnt be seated” unless I took the bar stool, which I can’t fit in I’m 6’5”. Clown of a establishment on a Monday night with no crowd. Avoid!

Wonderful service and a friendly atmosphere. An excellent burger too - adding grilled onions is a must!

You eat H24 and already this is a plus point. Honest prices (and to be in SF is not obvious) and good food. Conversely, however, so much chaos in Service and suboptimal cleanliness. You eat well, but it's not very "comfy"

Pinecrest Diner is the perfect stop for an after theater meal. Throwback diner that is classic San Francisco. Had delicious dessert (chocolate cake and diner sundae) and enjoyed the bustling ambiance of what I hope is always a part of the downtown SF scene. Friendly staff. A great part of the perfect day in the city.

Simply terrible...
Very unfriendly waiters who, to make matters worse, tried to cheat on tips.

The quality of the food was rather mediocre; the pancakes had the consistency of a leather rag.

The restrooms were very dirty. My friend asked me to go back to the hotel for 15 minutes because otherwise she'd catch some disease.

This little dinner is a must do when I Dan Francisco. There is nothing little about the portions you get. It's a must for comfort food.

Had the chili dog with fries but found it salty. Located just minutes away from Union Square & is open 24/7 so quite convenient

Breakfast and service was good although nothing special.
The old fashion dinner vibe makes the trick to be attractive.
