It looks like a great place to work on and the menú also looks great but it lacks so much. The cappuccino was so small I drank it in less than 15 min. The food I order very simple and subpar. Service was really slow and only one person attending.

My local coffee shop is fantastic. It’s in a bizarre part of town inside the lobby of an apartment complex / empty pizza pop up; however, don’t let any of that keep you from grabbing a drink and food here. Pricey? I’d say price is comparable to other local coffee shops and the quality is good. Since it doesn’t get the heavy, heavy foot traffic of other cafes, there’s usually only 1 barista at any given time. Food/bevs can take a few mins to come out, but honestly it’s worth the wait. They offer unique flavor combos on the lattes, and the mochi is made in house, which is an amazing treat. Want bang for your buck, grab the breakfast sandwich. My favorite drink here is honestly their iced matcha. They make it in large batches and it’s perfect.

The coffee drinks were great! We grabbed the mochi to go, but when we tried them in the car they were cold — not sure if that’s part of the experience, but a few seconds in the microwave at home turned them into pure magic. 10/10 would reheat again.

Edit after the business replied: There was a long line behind me so I tapped my phone and left. You employee decided to select the highest tip. Again, I don’t mind the few extra dollars but I have a problem with the way it was done. Additionally, you as the business automatically dismissing what I said in your response says a lot too

i loveeee pixlcat as a working space! it’s spacious and warm. it has outlets and wooden furniture. the coffee was okay - i had cappuccino. i don’t know maybe i’m too picky but haven’t really found a place with good coffee yet in SF

Was excited to visit this place. It was a Tuesday morning around 9am. There was no line, so we thought we could enjoy our coffee via dine-in. There was only one barista, and based on some of the advertisement, it appears they prioritize mobile orders vs. dining in. A group of 6 people came in waiting on a mobile order that must have been placed around the same time we arrived. It took at least 20 minutes to get our drinks. We tried the Ube Panna Latte, Cortado and Ube White Chocolate Pixlcat Butter Mochi. I could barely taste the ube flavor in the latte, but the mochi was pretty good. Maybe we visited at a bad time, but I did not enjoy my experience. If you decide to try to this place, I'd recommend ordering ahead of time.
