After confirming pizza would arrive between 5:10 and 5:20, at the latest, pizza arrived 35 minutes late—from the very latest eta they had originally confirmed. No apology given, the girl who answered the phone hung up on me 3 times in a row, thinking I’d stop calling I guess?
