Strictly a to go spot- they make the best Detroit style pizza ? in SF, probably the Bay Area. It’s between them and Square Pie Guys to be honest.Great crust, mild sauce, excellent toppings. The clam-bacon-bechamel is a must try. A++

We ordered several for our office lunch and they were all amazing. Pepperoni is a must. It was a tie between the Thai Curry and the Bulgogi. Very fresh and had the caramelized corners that were highly sought after. And the gluten free crust was SO good.

Great atmosphere, super friendly workers, delicious pizza and salads. For not being a big fan of pizza, I was absolutely blown away with how good this was.

Small shop with amazing pizza. I like how creative the flavors can be. I played safe with Hawaiian but it is quite interesting with layers of ham, cheese, and pineapple. A single slice of about 6-7 dollars make you reasonably full but you might crave for another because it is very good. The staffs are kind and the shop is in a surprisingly quiet so you don't have to wait in line or anything. Just come and enjoy!

Great pizza. I love square slices and these are top notch. Always greeted warmly by staff.

nothing was bad, but nothing really special or exciting either. the pizza was more like focaccia with toppings than a square pizza. it was 7 bucks a slice too.

I ordered Mushroom Pesto flavor, it’s pretty good taste, include tax cost me $6.52, although a little bit expensive, l like it, I would like to try other flavors next time.

Good pizza, friendly and attentive staff. Got a recommendation from them I wouldn't have chosen on my own, but it was perfect. And they cooked my slice just right. Not enough places let the edges brown like they should.

Slice was tasty, if not a bit on the expensive side. The staff member working was a bit inattentive, forgot about three slices in the oven and slightly burnt them. Didn't acknowledge it when serving them.

Alright. Now that I have tried all relevant Detroit Pizza in San Francisco which means I only excluded two places that look like they aren't actually Detroit Pizza/ possibly some kind of cover up for something (8 Mile Pi, Mio Motto) which means I tried all of them. All the Detroit you can possibly try in San Francisco and this is good stuff for sure. But here's the thing, as good as it is - it is the only one that doesn't have super distinct characteristics about it like everyone else's Detroit Style. This is a good thing depending on how you look at it. I think this is almost as good as Sunset Squaredsbut I prefer Sunset Squares because they use San Francisco Sourdough whereas Pizza Squared is kind of the only Detroit Style Pizza in San Francisco that explains Detroit Style in a neutral way. That is what I can say for Pizza Squared, it is entry level or because you try them all is why you try this. Or you just don't want "dank" Detroit Style which I can see someone out there maybe wants however the whole point of Detroit Style Pizza is to eat something "drank". I would say do not hesitate to try them but they are Mid objectively after trying all the Detroit Style Pizza in San Francisco.

Congrats on taking swift action on a now ex employee who was anti police.

Randy L Vickery

The group you see on their main page is throwing up gang signs and they were disrespectful to the police. Plenty of good places to eat without this.

This is not real Detroit nor Sicilian pizza just because it's square. Service is terrible, and intolerant. They only serve to certain types of people.
