Absolute heaven, this SF natives only pizza shop. The crust is moist and chewy but thin and a nice flavor of it's own. the sauce is spot on and just the right amount on the pizza for full herb flavor without sliding the cheese off. They actually stretch their mozzarella and they only use mozzarella as it should be. they also have garlic cream on a number of items

This is my favorite San Francisco pizza. The crust is so uniquely SF, think inspired by Napoli dough but with a streak of SF sourdough culture. The crust is well hydrated, chewy, and charred. The toppings are inspired by classics and enhanced by fresh local ingredients. The Short Bridge is my new favorite pizza: Fra'mani Sopressata, House-made Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Bianco/DiNapoli Tomato sauce, Fresh House-Stretched Mozz, Dried Oregano, & Grana Padano. It is f'in exquisite. I had the leftover slices for days and they seemed to just get better.
