Wonderful customer service. Delish drinks. Quick service. They provide their drinks in a glass container which you can save to redeem a new drink at 10% off. If you turn in 10 bottles, you get a free drink. I recommend going. Enough seats for 12 people.
I ordered a matcha, and it turned out to be sweet, which I didn’t expect, Considering that the previous day I had unsweetened matcha at the same place.. I asked if it could be remade. The person at the register agreed but started shaking his head and rolling his eyes. I said that if he didn’t want to remake it, I could just go somewhere else. He said he had already offered to remake it, but with a very annoyed attitude. He remade the drink, I said thank you and left. As I was walking out, he yelled after me that I should have said thank you again. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable he just gave me attitude. If working with customers irritates you this much, why choose to work in a place where customer service is main part of the job?
They serve boba in glass jars which is really cute
They also have non caffeine versions with just boba milk and they serve smoothies including boba, like Urth cafe style
For toppings they have boba, double boba, and aloe jelly
I’m not 100% sure but I remember seeing drinkable mochi and salt cheese as toppings as well
An SF staple. Great, distinctive bubble tea. Love the sea salt oolong.
They advertise upon return of 10 bottles, we get a free drink. It was very unprofessional of them to give the drink in the old dusty bottle that was returned. They should stop advertising if they dont like to offer customers good and clean drinks. Very disappointed with the service. Check on the bottles if you are taking drinks in the glass bottle
The milk tea itself is very mediocre, the taste you won’t even remember. Perhaps the glass bottle is their strength to keep this rating.
I ordered from this place about 5 times and all 5 times it has been consistent and great. I definitely recommend it. Tried most of their drinks and nothing has disappointed. I also tried their takoyaki and it was delicious.
Today, I bought some matcha, and to my surprise, while chewing the honey tapioca, I suddenly felt a big crunch in my mouth — like biting into ice. I checked and realized it was a piece of plastic or glass, I’m not sure which. At first, I thought it was just one piece, but there turned out to be several of them throughout the drink. Whatever it was it poses a big risk on the consumer
Highly recommended for some variety of tea.the lady I forgot to ask her name who was working that night was vary helpful explain different type of tea they offer.
The hot Honey Ginger tea was oh so good! 😋
Clean, quaint, and great customer service.

Good late evening bubble tea place. Clean and nice looking store with really friendly staff! Love that they offered a recyclable glass bottle alternative for your bubble tea. The Salty Sweet Cream tea was really enjoyable!
The thai tea is not too sugary and has strong tea flavor with grass jelly! 5 stars.
We were craving boba tea late at night and found this spot open until 11 PM! My boyfriend tried a sample of the Thai tea first to make sure it wasn’t too sweet—and it blew our mind. It was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness, exactly what we always been looking for. Bubble tea can sometimes be way too sugary, but not here. They had run out of tapioca pearls, so my boyfriend went with grass jelly instead, and honestly, it was the most delicious Thai tea I’ve ever had! Definitely will come back here again when we in SF!
Good vegan options! Best matcha I've had here.
