The kids wanted some boba tea and popcorn chicken. Actually, one got Thai milk tea, and the rest of us got smoothies. The drinks, we all agree, were not that impressive or as good as some other places. The smoothies were like milk shakes but without much fruit flavor. They do use fresh fruit. The popcorn chicken was a hit.

Literally a BUG in the drink. What's ridiculous is how chill the employees were about this like it's no big deal and just remade it without any apology.
Even the remade drink was from an open pot of tea where the bug went into and now looks sus.. threw it away after thinking about it without a refund.
Huge disappointment. I had the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. It was just milk and ice with some background matcha flavor that you could barely taste.

Popcorn chicken is AMAZING. But gosh, service isn’t great. Even with a self order stand, I would still expect employees to greet me and be kind. And then it has the audacity to ask for an additional tip?! Start greeting customers, smiling, making them feel welcome. And then maybe a tip will come.

Do NOT drink their tea if you are sensitive to caffeine and want to sleep at night, even the decaf version of their tea. Their tea is extremely caffeinated— think Philz coffee. It will keep you up all night.
