One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. I’ll be dreaming about those lemon pancakes and their crispy potatoes 🤤

This was my second time trying to eat at Plow. The first time, the wait took too long so I went elsewhere. This time, I planned a head and got there around 10 to put my name in. I was told it would be 1:45-2 hours, but it was three. I understand they can’t control the flow of tables, but when I asked for status updates or asked what number on the list we were, the host person made me feel like that was a dumb question and like I was an inconvenience when I really just wanted to know the situation. However the wait and bus staff couldn’t have been warmer. The food was plentiful and good. I think the biscuit with honey butter we ordered to hold us over until our mains came might have been the best thing I ate, so I recommend that to anyone. I’ll probably just avoid this place on a weekend to be honest.

I visited for the first time with a friend, and overall the experience was underwhelming. The food was just okay — nothing memorable. The biscuit was the standout: a crunchy exterior with a moist, savory interior.
Service started off great, but the ending left a bad impression. The space is small, and we began getting passive‑aggressive behavior and stares meant to hurry us up and push us out. The check was brought over without us requesting it, and shortly after that my cloth napkin was removed without asking while I was still finishing my wine. It felt rushed and uncomfortable.
I was also disappointed that no bag was provided for the to‑go containers. We took a stroll around the area afterward, and it was such a small but noticeable detail to overlook — especially after I even pointed it out but didn’t want to interact further with the staff at that point.
Even though the restaurant is only ten minutes away, I wouldn’t return. The passive‑aggressive behavior at the end overshadowed the entire visit. Save your money and time. I had already paid, otherwise the tip would have reflected the service I received.

Solid breakfast spot. Gets very busy, leave your name and get some steps in.

Equally impressed by the food quality, generous portions, and service. Nearly everything is made from scratch, and the kitchen staff, servers, and host operate like a well-oiled machine. For a free show, sit at the counter, you won’t be disappointed, and you might even pick up a few cooking tips to use at home.

Super over hyped and over priced. Potatoes are very average. Syrup that came with the pancakes wasn’t even real maple syrup. Pork patties were dry. If I paid less than $20 for this meal it would be 5 stars, but for $26 and a 20 minutes wait on a Monday morning at 9am it’s a bit ridiculous

I showed up before opening and had to put my name on a list, waited 45 minutes and was told I still had to wait - the person in charge of the list must have made a mistake and let someone with the same name go before me that actually showed up after me - looked at me like I was trying to pull one over on her. Never returning. Food was good, sometimes you don't want to cook but the food is not so good you need to deal with these pretentious hipsters.

We have been trying to come here for years, but we could never stick around for the hour-plus wait typical on weekends. We finally came on a Tuesday at 8 a.m. and were seated immediately. The interior is a well-lit, spacious, modern organic space.
The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered the buttermilk biscuit and 'The Plow,' which comes with eggs, lemon ricotta pancakes, choice of meat (I had the pork sausage), and their famous Plow potatoes. The potatoes and pancakes were my highlights. The potatoes had the perfect balance of seasoning and crispiness, while the pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. Next time, I'll swap the sausage for bacon and try the French toast, which I hear is incredible.

Usually I don’t have any opinion at all on brunch places because the sameyness of the food and vibes tend to blend in together, but Plow does every element so well that it really left an impression and I cannot wait to go back. Everything was delicious (especially the duck confit), but what really impressed me were the potatoes. Usually brunch potatoes end up being soggy and bland, but these were so, so, crispy. The buttermilk biscuit was soft and had a great flavor. Staff were nice. Love love love.

The food is good but nothing spectacular. Their pancakes and potatoes are probably the best. This place does not take reservations you can’t even call ahead to put your name down on a waitlist. You must be there in person and the wait is usually 1-1.5 hours. Not worth the wait. Especially in the cold, they don’t even have heaters out.
