Booked a lunch meeting there. They don't serve food from 10:30 to 11:30 am but drinks like coffee. This was ok since we needed it for a business meeting. Coffee mocha was really really good. Foam was perfect and had a decorative leaf. We eventually ordered burgers and the the burgers are good for the money you pay in Downtown SF during the week of JPM.

Great atmosphere and staff was accommodating to feed our two picky children. The honey chicken sandwich was awesome and highly recommend. The burger was good. Chips were good and the guacamole was ok. We all greatly enjoyed the milkshakes!

The food was mediocre and did not match the price. The guacamole tasted like something from a low-budget grocery store. Smashed burgers are overrated. A quaint bistro tucked inside a hotel, though. I would not go back.

Matt and Natalie were amazing behind the bar! So hospitable, kind, informative of all my questions, and experts at what they do. I had an amazing martini by Matt. Not only is this hotel an experience in itself, but Matt and Nat make it something worthwhile. They are so kind and phenomenal bartenders!

We hit up PLS on Post last night primarily because of its prime location near the venue where we were catching a show. It's got a fun, lively vibe -think counter-service burger joint meets full bar. Service was quick and friendly.
My burger was, in a word, messy (definitely a knife-and-fork situation), but undeniably delicious. The patty itself was incredibly flavorful, and added bacon which was tasty, good quality, and perfectly cooked. I'd happily go back just for the burger!
However, the fries were a letdown. Floppy and bordering on soggy, they just didn't live up to the deliciousness of the burger. We were really looking forward to trying their incredible-sounding shakes, only to find out they were out of ice cream. Bummer!
The menu is pretty limited to just burgers, so don't expect a ton of variety. Overall, PLS on Post is a decent choice for a solid burger if you're in the area, even with the disappointing sides and lack of shakes. I'm rounding my 3.5-star experience up to 4 stars based on that stellar burger.

"Korean" burger usually means kimchee, maybe a fried egg. Here, it means a lot of barbeque sauce and pickles, too messy to eat without a pile of napkins. Sad, since it could be a find in an area without lots of quick dining options.

Me and my wife stopped by PLS on Post on the last day of our little getaway in the city. It was a quiet Wednesday night with only a few other people there, which made it feel relaxed and low key. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly but kept to themselves, which we didn’t mind. The atmosphere was clean and chill TV on, comfy vibe. Feels like the kind of spot where you can grab a good burger and a beer without the fuss. The burgers were pretty solid I'd say better than average and prices weren’t bad at all for being in the city. Definitely a nice little spot to stop at if you’re in the area.
