Burgers came out COLD ? really wanted to love this place but thoroughly disappointed with the slow service & cold burgers/fries. Was really rooting for this place but walk on by if you’re in the area ?

My wife and I spontaneously went to PLS at 8:30 p.m. (Wednesday) and ordered a “The Supreme” shake and a “Blue Cheese Smash” burger.
Unfortunately there wasn't much going on, which was good for us. I don't think we waited 10 minutes for our food.
The shake was planned for my wife and the burger for me. The staff was so nice and arranged everything so that we got two spoons, two straws and the burger to share - really great.
Both the shake and the burger were great. If today wasn't our last evening in SF, we would go straight back ?!
The restaurant was clean and new.
Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars.

Shockingly expensive for what they give you. Thank god the "crisp lettuce and sliced tomato [is] included" I think this place must've been opened to subsidize the grease industry.

This place seemed great at first but after the bartender took our order and proceeded to smell some possibly bad pineapple juice but still used it in a drink i was a bit worried. Our burgers arrived cold and so did the fries. The kimchi smash burger was so bland. The patty and the kimchi itself were tasteless. I have had way betters burgers at much less expensive places. At least the beer was good and the staff were nice. Wouldnt go back ever.

Really excellent burgers! Quite expensive though as a French person when you know that there are no fries with it. Lemonade and Coke have a strange taste (water not good?), I don't order any. But for the burgers, go for it!

We needed a solid burger joint during a recent trip… and we found it at PLS on Post.
Burgers were solid: tasty, cooked as asked, and lots of options. We ordered a single serving of fries for the table, which were also solid.
You order, you pay, and they bring the food to your table. And while that feels kind of like a fast food joint, it kind of works for PLS on Post. Ambiance was as you'd expect, and that's a good thing.
If you're looking for a burger joint, give PLS on Post a try. I think you'll be glad you did.
