Low quality fish and in small portions. The sauce is not mixed in well. Bimi poke nearby is much better.
Didn’t get what I ordered
The fish is not fresh and smelly
Quality of food and service is excellent, very reasonably priced and we were able to try multiple sauces to see how it matched our taste profile.
Good price for the location too near union square.
Bowl tasted fine, but ingredients seemed subpar in my opinion—the pineapple for example was clearly out of a DOLE can like you’d feed to a child.
The bowls were very delicious, made with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. The price-performance ratio is great, offering good quality for a fair price.
Great food IF the employees are willing to do their jobs. Unfortunately they often refuse to accept orders and argue with customers rather than letting people order food. Does this place have a manager?
Good bowl and fast service

The portions were plentiful and delicious, and the clerk was very friendly. The food was very good as it wasn't very salty. Even though I changed the addition several times, he treated me kindly without his face being distorted once. It was so delicious!! suggestion!!

I paid extra for large but it was like 75% rice. I finished most of my toppings but still have half a bowl of rice left. Yummy though, just too much rice

Stopped by for a quick "to go" dinner. My companion and I both had large seafood poke bowls with shrimps, spicy class, salmon and scallops as the protein and white rice, and mixed vegetables as the base. We were both blown away by how fresh and tasty our bowls were. My companion described his as an explosion of flavor in his mouth. I agreed. We wanted a repeat a couple of days later, but unfortunately, the branch was closed on Sundays. I know I'll return.

I've been here a few times, and the food is really great, the ingredients, especially the fish and seafood, are very fresh. Good options and the portions are generous with very reasonable prices, particularly for San Francisco. The space is basic and small, but I've always found a seat. If you need a fast casual, delicious, and affordable work lunch option while in Downtown SF, this def works for me.
