I thought the location was convenient, lots of parking. The inside area to sit was clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly.

I thought the poke was on the more expensive side for what you get. There was a disappointing amount of protein and too much rice. Definitely scrapping a little bit too much off the top for the price.

Food itself tasted OK.

The food is average but we also found flies in the mixed greens inside our bowls. When we let the workers know, they made us a new one without greens

Ordered regular poke bowl (2 scoops of protein), the amount of protein they provided is really pitiful. Basically, what I got was a bowl of rice and vegetables, with a very tiny bit of fish and tofu. Even when I limited myself to eating just two pieces of fish per spoonful, it was gone after only a few spoonfuls. The sauce they gave was also very little, not enough to mix evenly with the rice and vegetables. By the end, I was basically just eating a bowl of plain rice and vegetables with no sauce. This might be the most disappointing poke bowl I’ve ever had. I still gave it two stars because I understand how tough business is right now, and I really hope they can improve.

Large portion (Large). Lots of options. Various fish/rice/vegetable combinations possible. Delicious sauces. A very good poke at a reasonable price. One of the best - and we were in Hawaii ;)… more of a snack and take away.

Parking: Large supermarket parking lot.

Good fish. Good sauce. Only feedback is that if we do half rice have salad, it'd be cool if they were half and half rather than salad under hot rice. We ordered delivery and it was solid. Will order light mayo on musubi next time as well.

This is the second time I’ve gotten food poisoning from this restaurant. I don’t believe they are storing their food at the correct temperatures. Especially concerned about the storage of rice.

I didn't like it. I'm giving three stars because I was able to finish half the bowl. I think if it fits your tastes, it'll be good. My partner thought his bowl was fine.

Ordered online, the unagi pork belly bowl was very salty but it balanced out the fat well. The sushi burrito was smaller than expected but the quality was also better, the protein amount was very generous. Not a big fan of the octopus here (it’s too tender and the tiny cube shape makes it less fun to eat) but I love the large and unique protein selection. Ofc, the fish was fresh as well.

Tasty food for fair prices. This to-go only restaurant has fairly priced items on the menu. You can order for pickup online or order with an employee in-person. There is no seating, but you find that after a short walk to Merced Heights park, somewhere in ParkMerced, or SFSU. There are no restrooms either, but one of the nearby businesses probably has a restroom for customers.I ordered a Regular Poke Bowl with a bunch of toppings. I also ordered masago, which cost 50¢ extra. The only topping that was missing from my order was carrot. My total after tax was $14.65. The bowl and a branded utensils packet were in a light blue bag with some cartoon drawings of food. The bowl was filled up and the packet had chopsticks, a spork, and a thin little napkin. The food was exactly as I expected, except a bit spicier. It was a good amount of food for the price.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian toppings available for poke bowls, vegetable gyoza

Kid-friendliness: A child will be glad to eat

Parking: Limited parking nearby

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible

Dietary restrictions: Food can be customized

Disgusting burnt teriyaki chicken bowl. When we called them to address the issue. They offered a free future order. We were kind, asked them to consider sending a replacement, but they refused..We have been customers since they opened. This experience has been disheartening...
