Absolute catastrophe. Ordered a sundae that supposed to come with whipped cream and cherry and that is a listed ingredient , guess what we haven't received it .Ordered a brownie which we of course paid for it -guess what we haven't received it .
This place is a joke .Do you self a favor and avode this place from space if you can.

I asked for Strawberry Marble Fudge but I think they gave me Strawberry Marble? I didn't think about it until seeing this picture again so that's on me for not saying anything. Still super good though

Love this place. Another one of my top 3 in SF. Even though it can get overwhelming, its great having so many flavor options, and they all taste fresh! This really is a fun place to come on a warm day or while out for a stroll. Recommend getting the marble fudge and macopuno.

A classic. I hadn’t been in a while, but Polly Ann is as good as I remember from the 80s. Good quality ingredients, interesting flavors (I had Brie-black raspberry-walnut!), and friendly staff. The single is almost $6, but it’s huge, and worth every penny. Chill outer sunset vibe on a late summer day…it hit the spot.

Polly Ann has the best black sesame ice cream (imo) and I'll keep coming back for it when I visit SF! It's nutty and creamy - super sesame-forward which I like.
I also appreciate the huge variety of flavors they have. The wheel is also super fun.

On August 5th 2025 and bought a banana split with caramel and nuts it was delicious my first time going and the person was very helpful to me .

Love this local ice cream shop! A great pick-me-up if you’re having a hard day, or a fantastic treat to top off an already good day! They have so many delicious and unique flavors. Star Wars is my favorite! They even do pup cones, which my dog absolutely LOVES! I like taking friends and family here, and I always recommend it to tourists!
