Great burgers, fresh ingredients and awesome milkshakes. Plenty of seating and the place was completely packed. Tables are clean and the outdoor seating is nice. Family and dog friendly. I've got nothing bad to say this place is yummy!

The SF location is friendly where they come out and talk to you; ask how your food is & make small talk. The speed of our meal was fine but.... Our burgers were so greasy they soaked through the buns. I highly doubt the burger meat is actual ground sirloin at the San Jose location. It was just too greasy to be sirloin! The burger patties were not formed properly and they resembled mush. Plus, there was no chargrilled taste! That's the whole reason you would want to eat a burger here!

We came here last night to enjoy a burger and we were very happy with the burgers we received. The ladies working were nice so they took our order.The food was made fast and fresh, the place is a bit on the older side, but the food is good. I had the steak burger and it was yummy, the food size was big for both of us and filled us up just like it should.

Now the burger, tbh, didn't blow my mind. I haven't had meat in over 10 years so I've had my fair share of plant based burgers and many impossible burgers at that, and this one didn't stand out to me. I found the bun to be very overwhelming (although it was a delicious bun!) and everything got a little lost. Everything inside was super tasty but I really couldn't tell due to the bun. I think next time I would get a double patty to balance it out and so I could actually taste the burger.

Such great burgers, cheese sauce, and cocktails.Old review:Was super excited about this place for a minute, their burger quality on great days rivals in n out and shake shack. Unfortunately their quality is not consistent, some days they season the meat, some days they don’t, some days they use American cheese, some days they use cheddar. Their patio hours are constantly shifting forcing me to sit in the wind out front if I want to eat a hot burger due to how far I have to walk to get there. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back here any more.
