I was very disappointed in my experience this morning. It wasn’t busy at all, maybe four people total, including those eating. I asked for my bagel to be toasted with butter, which was ignored. I asked the guy again and he didn’t seem to understand the concept. One of the employees coughed on the line where the topping were located. Eggs and other hot items are heated in cheap plastic containers (cream cheese containers?) that are reused repeatedly. The restaurant was filthy and unclean. Large pieces of food were on the floor and all of the tables were dirty. The location at Embarcadero center is much better than this, but they are closed on the weekends, unfortunately.

What an absolute gem of a shop! I just visited this morning. I have a bagel obsession and I will find THE bagel spot every time I visit anywhere.. It smelled so good when I walked in and the staff made my food so quickly! I got the Nova lox bagel sandwich on an Everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese add sprouts and a Thai milk tea with boba. The bagel was perfectly done, crispy on the outside and so soft and delicious on the inside. I took that Thai tea to the dome before I even got back to my hotel room. If I ever come back to San Fran I will make a point to stop here again. Thank you staff you were so swift and polite.

A M A Z I N G!We've been in the city for a week now and most breakfast places we encountered ranged from meh to OK. This one is the stark exception. The food was simple, delicious and quite well done. We'll be coming here again without doubt.
I got an onion bagel lox sandwich with chive cream cheese and it was one of the best bagels I've ever had - perfectly toasted, great balance of lox, onion, tomato, caper, and cream cheese flavors. Also super nice staff and interesting people watching. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, lots to choose from. We got 2 garden veggies with cream cheese, 2 plain bagels, 1 cinnamon roll, 2 medium strawberry banana smoothies and a water. Everything was made quickly. I love how eachbof their cold drinks comes with a tight plastic cover ensuring no spills.

The excellent selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches is what shines here. The menu is long with lots of options. Their bagels are fresh and have that distinctive chew that shows high quality. The Jalapeno Cheese bagel is a favorite and there is a good reason.
