We found this place on Instagram superbowl week and had to check it out. All I will say is... EVERYTHING IS AMAZING. Holy cow ...... we actually ended up going 4 times during our 2 week stay. The food was just that good. We were a group of 6 people and we almost went through most of the menu. There wasn't a dish we didn't like. GET THE SAKE!!!! Warm or Cold. Its a fun experience with fantastic food.

As soon as we got there the service was very bad. The waitress acted as if she was unhappy to see us there. we let it slide because we js wanted to eat. the food was so bad. we got the half duck and it was very very salty. i don’t mind salty food but this was impossible to eat. then when we were leaving the waitress demanded for more tip. i always tip but this time i didn’t feel like they deserved it. she got mad n started asking questions of why we didn’t do it. At the end, she js said we were not welcome again. like duh we weren’t planning of going back.

Excellent dumplings, beef Guilin soup was very good. The beef wasn’t fatty nor was it too lean. Beef pancakes with scallions and chicken chow main were also delicious. The food was uncomplicated, fresh, very tasty. The decor is modern and yet cozy.

Cold chili noodles in ice bowl was very creative, it is vegetarian and good flavor. Truffle dumplings is an interesting mix. Good selection of tea, we had the Puer tea was good. Overall a very good experience.

Stopped by Fusion Dumpling for lunch and liked it. Had the XLB, onion pancake, General Tso’s, Tan Tan noodles and spicy pork soup dumpling. The XLB and onion pancakes were excellent. The General Tso’s was just ok. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

We were told an item with what appeared to be a hair would be removed from our bill. Later, after being told by staff it would still be left off despite the owner saying it was ginger, it was added back on without notice. When I asked about it, the owner refused to speak with me and refused the refund. The staff offered to remove the gratuity instead, which I declined because this was not the servers’ fault. Very disappointing handling of the situation.

This place completely blew us away. We’ve had authentic Chinese food many times, and more often than not, it ends in disappointment… but not here. Every single dish was outstanding there truly wasn’t one miss. You can taste the elevated quality in every bite, from the freshness of the ingredients to the care put into the preparation. This is the kind of meal you keep thinking about long after you leave.
From the outside, the restaurant looks small and unassuming, but once you step inside, it opens up into a beautiful, welcoming space. Seating is limited and there’s a sign-in sheet at the entrance, but trust me whatever the wait is, it’s worth it. Do not let that deter you.
Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and the service was prompt and attentive throughout our visit. If I’m being extremely picky, the only minor hiccup was the room-temperature water at the table, which had a few floating particles, and we had to ask for ice more than once before it arrived. That said, this was such a small detail in an otherwise flawless experience.
Everything was clean, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. We left incredibly happy and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! This is a must-try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
