REALLY enjoyed my experience at Fusion Dumpling.
The General Tso’s Chicken was so crispy & delicious. The Brussel Sprouts were crisp & charred with good seasoning. The cucumber salad was garlicky & fresh. The Cumin Lamb ribs. It was all so good, it’s been years since I’ve been excited about a restaurant experience. Really pleased & wish I was local,

Solid chinese food place after doing the SF marathon! I was so hungry so this was a perfect find.

Good:
- Everything came out in beautiful plating - the fried buns were super well plated
- The peking duck potstickers were so unique
- The XLB was really good too - huge portion sizes and very freshly made
- String beans were surprisingly good
- The soy milk was very sweet and refreshing
- The price for value was good here!
- The place felt very upscale, nice servers and good came out fast

Bad:
- Pretty dim inside and you have to flag down the waiters yourself

Overall would come again, the food was so pretty and the presentation was good.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. My husband and I were the ONLY two people in the restaurant, and we still couldn't get anyone's attention for our bill, to go boxes, more drinks...nothing. It was as if they were deliberately ignoring us. After packing up our food, I asked for a plastic bag to carry our to go items in as we were going to walk around some more and was told it would be 25 cents. I did not have change, and after paying $100 in food and drinks I would assume a plastic bag could have been given. There are too many restaurants in this area to ever try this one again.

Good food. Good portions. Staff was attentive to us. We had reserved for a large party and they were ready when we got there.

Dumplings were good but other dishes were mediocre at best. Had to flag down waiters or any sort of service.

We had a party of 8 with the round table and shared various appetizers and then we kept on spinning the lazy susan to share our main courses as well. One plate outdoing the next! Get the Peking Duck Pot Sticker to start! The Hot Pot is HOT! Fun start to our evening in Chinatown!

We really enjoyed our meal. Our server was so nice and the food was delicious. We really loved the sticky rice shumai, XLB dumplings and chow mein. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

What a great experience my friends and I had at Fusion Dumpling! Though the restaurant is on the smaller side, the cozy atmosphere only added to the charm—just be sure to make a reservation, especially if you're going with a group. We came with a large party and ordered a wide variety of dishes, which gave us the chance to sample much of the menu. Highlights included the crispy garlic fish, General Tso's chicken, the mini hot pot, green onion pancake, eggplant, Mongolian beef, and of course, the sesame balls and sesame baos for dessert. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and arrived hot and fresh. Despite a full restaurant and a wait at the door, the service remained attentive and friendly—we never felt overlooked or rushed. Highly recommend Fusion Dumpling for a delicious and satisfying meal. We'll definitely be back!

We were pretty bummed to wait 20 minutes to be sat for our early dinner reservations. We have a small child so making reservations we can rely on is important to our overall experience. Food came out quickly but the staff was clearly overwhelmed. Other folks were expressing frustration with their wait times for thei reservations as well. We didnt like the flavor of the crab lo mein despite the fun presentation. The spicy green beans were great and the pan fried pork bao was our favorite dish. We probably wont be back just due to the stress and service issues but after hearing all the hype - im glad we tried it out.

Has potential but was very understaffed. The service took a long time and they ended up missing one of the dishes we ordered. That dish came at the very end of our dinner and was cold.
