I found this place very randomly as I was simply walking around and did not know this place at all. However, it did not disappoint! Beijing Duck potstickers and the cauliflower flaming pot are both delicious. Although it’s slightly hard to get the waiter’s attention at the entrance and upon newly seated, once they are aware of my existence, all the waitresses are super nice and can provide service quickly.

Inspired to try Dumpling Fusion because of enthusiastic recommendations on Instagram. My family and I enjoyed a unique experience! The soup dumplings were extraordinary and the presentation of our dishes so singular! The staff are very attentive without hovering, so helpful in describing selections and will ensure that your dishes are not overcrowding your table by deftly placing an additional one. Absolutely delicious dumplings, done with flair. I particularly appreciated the veggie Bao, which had a more complex and umami esque veggie filling than I'm used to, and the veggie Dumplings, which had some spice in the filling, again making it unique compared to other places. The smashed cucumber salad had radishes, cherry tomatos, frisee alongside the abundant cucumbers and a delicious dressing. The peking duck dumpling and the crispy chicken dumplings were also delightful....
