Very good ice cream! I got the ube with Oreos but my friend got mochi which looked really good as well. It’s very light in both texture and flavor so would really recommend if you don’t want something heavy
Very good Taiwanese ice cream. It was like a fancy shaved ice and a fancy ice cream in one. I’m definitely going back to try more flavors.
Had a Vietnamese coffee shaved ice cream with waffle sprinkles, very light. Not very friendly server.
Ube was flavorless. Cereal milk tasted like bland cornflakes. The 2 girls working there also weren’t the most friendly/helpful. Unfortunately nothing redeeming about it.
Powder is such a gem. I always forget about it and then go back and wonder why I’m not here all the time. The shaved snow is so light and melty, almost better than ice cream honestly. I’ve had the black sesame which I’m super picky about and they do it so well. Ube is also a fave. Get toppings. They totally make it. The combos are thoughtful, the flavors are clean, and it never feels too sweet or heavy. One of my favorite dessert spots in SF, hands down.
great ice cream, terrible customer service
Texture is super nice but the flavor was way too light. But the workers are great and service is good too :))
My daughters love the ice cream from here but the service is bad. The ladies that work her are just plain rude. It’s very odd how unfriendly it is for an ice cream shop. I think after our last experience we will not be coming back. I don’t recommend supporting this business. It’s mostly always closed too.
This is THE place to get Taiwanese shaved snow/kakigōri style shaved ice in the Bay Area. The texture is creamy, almost like ice cream. Highly recommend the mango and ube flavors! The only thing that would make this better would be a fresh mango + mango syrup topping, and maybe a larger bowl to contain the drippings.
Fantastic light dessert from an awesome little shop.

Either we got punked, or we went on a bad night because the quality, service, and end result were not worth the price.
Horrible customer service. We had to grab the workers attention thrice before she decided she wanted to take our order. She was too busy being on her phone.
Shaved ice tasted ok, but laughable amount of toppings added when compared to its cost.

Quaint little shop. Cute but simple decor
Food: 3.5/5
Liked how it was almost spilling over. Tis’ normal shaved ice, nothing to complain. Lots of variety in toppings and flavors too.
Normal shaved ice restaurant
