The lightest, fluffiest shaved ice. Love the black sesame, cereal milk flavors and great selection of toppings.

Power is a shaved ice shop with waffles. I tried the Thai Tea and it was very finely shaved and the flavor was good. Not as strong as I usually prefer, but I like strong tea. The intensity is great for the average Joe. Great little shop that I would recommend!
Absolutely delicious shaved snow with a very fluffy texture! You can tell they use fresh fruit and all there passion fruit sauce is amazing
It was alright. I’m ambivalent about shaved ice as a texture and more focused on flavor. I got a kids size ube ice cream with mochi topping. The ube ice cream was just ok. Note that if you want a lot of a certain topping, just get one; the more toppings you ask for, the less of each you’ll get because there’s not much space to fit it around the ice cream. I got a lot more mochi than my friend did because she ordered mochi AND strawberry toppings. Also it was pretty expensive to add toppings! And it was amazing how little of the toppings they gave you for the amount you paid if you ordered multiple toppings.
I recommend Vietnamese coffee topped with waffle bits! A nice place to stop by to cool off with some shaved ice!
Fav spot for Taiwanese-style shaved snow
Great ice cream but horrible customer service. Bought four ice cream and 1 of them was basically empty for some reason?? The ladies also had a very rude attitude and kept rolling their eyes and practically slammed our ice creams on the table. I want to like this place but the workers are so incredibly rude and made our experience terrible.
Great shaved ice in a lot of flavors. Kids and adults all loved it.
Very good ice cream! I got the ube with Oreos but my friend got mochi which looked really good as well. It’s very light in both texture and flavor so would really recommend if you don’t want something heavy
Very good Taiwanese ice cream. It was like a fancy shaved ice and a fancy ice cream in one. I’m definitely going back to try more flavors.

Had a Vietnamese coffee shaved ice cream with waffle sprinkles, very light. Not very friendly server.
Ube was flavorless. Cereal milk tasted like bland cornflakes. The 2 girls working there also weren’t the most friendly/helpful. Unfortunately nothing redeeming about it.
Powder is such a gem. I always forget about it and then go back and wonder why I’m not here all the time. The shaved snow is so light and melty, almost better than ice cream honestly. I’ve had the black sesame which I’m super picky about and they do it so well. Ube is also a fave. Get toppings. They totally make it. The combos are thoughtful, the flavors are clean, and it never feels too sweet or heavy. One of my favorite dessert spots in SF, hands down.
great ice cream, terrible customer service
Texture is super nice but the flavor was way too light. But the workers are great and service is good too :))
