I got the passion fruit shaved ice, and my friend got the guava. Both were good, but I feel like it was a bit underwhelming in flavor and could not compare to the shaved ice in Taiwan đ„Č

Poor customer service, unfriendly with a dead face, she just throws the food to customer and acted like a kid who was focused to wash the dishes by mom. đ«

I came into the store around 8pm Tuesday November 26th so excited to order but unfortunately, The Philippino girl with black hair and dead face was insufferable and disgustingly rude. She would throw the ice cream down, didnât even have the manners or decency to hand them to customers. The red/orange head Hispanic girl was also rude and was giving dirty looks from the back and then gossiping with the Asian girl. Literally both were SOO disgustingly rude to not only us, but every customer that walked in. I donât see myself ever coming back. Going back and reading the comments here on yelp and even google I see that their behavior has been written about before and clearly no one has done anything about it. So unfortunate and so bad for business

Service is nonexistent. Met with a frown and was asked flatly to âfinish up on the screenâ. Try hiring people who smile and have basic manners.

Stumbled upon powder when I was in the neighborhood and was excited to try it when I found out they served Taiwanese style shaved ice. I was pleasantly surprised and come back when ever I am in the neighborhood. Its not super authentic in the flavors and toppings they offer but that's ok because I'm not all that big of a fan of red beans and mung beans anyway. The shaved ice is delicious and my family really loves it.
They offer a number of flavors as a base and extras can be added as toppings. They do offer a waffle cone and I would recommend having that. Would be nice to see more fruit options and condensed milk as a topping. Seatting inside is limited to a bench and there is a few tables outside.

We come here regularly, we like their flavors. Last time, we ordered three large cups to go, they sealed the bag and put everything correctly. When opened at home, we found all three cups filled up till 60% full. Why is that when we order in place they top it up properly, then disappoint in takeouts?! Each cup is $9!

This powder was not powdery/fluffy/snowy like Naya or Udessert. It was richer and denser but I wouldn't go to a place called "Powder" for an icecream texture, so this was disappointing.
It was overly sweet. They skimped on my toppings-- look at everyone's photos, the toppings all look inconsistent. When they handed it over, toppings fell out and we were the last customers tonight.
What an awful experience beginning to end.
I arrived right before closing.
If you don't want to serve patrons until 10pm, lock your doors at 9:45pm.
Otherwise, don't train your staff to feel pressured to rush clients or compromise good customer service just to hurry clients to order and get out.
Your Asian employee/cashier told me, "You have 3 minutes." And the Latina in the back was not outright negative or rude but definitely gave off an impatient disposition which made my partner feel rushed and uncomfortable with trying to enjoy the experience and process of being there and selecting a flavor and toppings and your staff made him feel so rushed that he rushed me and made my experience even more awful because of your staff's negative impact on him.
Are you trying to go out of business?
Additionally, when the cashier handed off the cup on the counter, toppings would fall off, mochi fell off... It's not exactly cheap and that's my money.
Why is your staff inconsiderate when passing off and costing me toppings which I bought with my hard earned money in this rough economy.
Can't even enjoy trying to support an Asian food-inspired business as an Asian. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had when trying to get a dessert.
As an ex Pinkberry employee back when it was viral and trending, this customer experience was so trash compared to how Pinkberry trained me.
We had to hand off cups with both hands and could never make such comments to customers.
Parking: Nightmare esp at night.

We ordered from the place but they have pathethically small quantity. Doesnt even fill half a tiny bowl, barely worth 3 spoon worth. Tastes OK but definitely not worth the price with this pathetic quantity
We ordered three times total and noticed that their quantity was getting absurdly smaller and smaller every order. Just lost a loyal customer, never ordering again

If you haven't tried Powder's shaved snow yet, you are missing out! Their shaved snow is hands down the MOST DELICIOUS TREAT you'll ever have. It's unbelievably light and fluffy yet incredibly satisfying--a perfect balance of flavor and texture that will leave you craving more. I love all their flavors including strawberry, matcha, and sesame - and they have a wide variety of tasty toppings like waffle crumbs, sprinkles, and whipped cream. Yummy!!
When it came time to plan our wedding, we loved Powder so much that we dreamed of having them cater dessert at our event. We begged them to cater our event, and despite the distance, they were amazingly generous and agreed to drive four hours to be there. They were so so kind and accommodating and we are so happy they agreed to come!!
At our wedding, Powder's shaved snow was a massive hit! Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. It added such a unique and memorable touch to our wedding dinner!
Their shaved snow is pure magic, and I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try if you're in the city. Thank you Powder!!!

We went there because it was one of the few spots that stays open until late. The shaved ice texture was interesting and lighter but its too icy and not creamy. The strawberry flavor was overly sweet and seemed to have artificial coloring. The service was confusing and slow

First time I tried shaved ice cream and I'm not convinced. I prefer the normal variety.
They have interesting tastes though
