You’ll never experience shaved ice ever again once you’ve been here, as a certified Hawaiian, this shaved ice is comparable if not better than what you would find in the Aina. 10/10 experience, great staff, great people, great shaved ice! The serving size is very generous! Nice local treat. Mochi is super soft. The earl grey flavor was light and delicious, but not the best match for the mochi which is my mistake. Next time I want to try a different flavor!
Me and my husband have been to this place before and we had a wonderful experience the first time despite them almost closing they were very nice. I went today at around 7pm not even near the closing time. We came in and she didn’t even welcome us. When we were still looking at the flavors near the register she immediately just asks us if we are ready. After she took our order she stated making it and when she was finished she didn’t even call out our order or what it was. She just threw our food on the counter with the toppings spilling. Not even just apologizing just ignoring it and leaving the mess on the counter. This happened on December 06, 2025 around 7pm. I am really dissapointed with this experience.

Power is a shaved ice shop with waffles. I tried the Thai Tea and it was very finely shaved and the flavor was good. Not as strong as I usually prefer, but I like strong tea. The intensity is great for the average Joe. Great little shop that I would recommend!

It was alright. I’m ambivalent about shaved ice as a texture and more focused on flavor. I got a kids size ube ice cream with mochi topping. The ube ice cream was just ok. Note that if you want a lot of a certain topping, just get one; the more toppings you ask for, the less of each you’ll get because there’s not much space to fit it around the ice cream. I got a lot more mochi than my friend did because she ordered mochi AND strawberry toppings. Also it was pretty expensive to add toppings! And it was amazing how little of the toppings they gave you for the amount you paid if you ordered multiple toppings.
