This place is a joke. Their protein bowls are amazing but the people who are working at this place (including the manager) are just the worst. My colleague and I stopped by the other day at 4:30 wanting to get a protein bowl. There was a thin young man working at the time. He didn't mention anything beforehand until we tried to order. Only for him to tell us that they already cleaned up the machines so they don't have any açaí bowls to serve and only the pressed juice were available. We consulted with him that the shop closed at 6:00pm and it was only 4:30. The guy responded back to us with a nasty attitude stating that they clean up at 4:30. But everything on the counter area was completely gone. We had no choice but to leave. Few days later I sent my colleague to stop by wanting to give them a second chance. Around 4:45pm, My colleague ordered the power bowl, and it only came with Bananas and blueberries. He consulted the guy working (tattoos on fingers) there was also a lady working at the time that the power bowls comes with granola and almonds. He insisted that everything was cleaned up and that they close at 5:00. My colleague told him on Yelp it says 6:00. The guy responded that they changed their store hours to 5:00pm. At this rate, we are no longer supporting this business. The people working here are rude and unprofessional. Sad to say, maybe we will just go to the Union square location instead.

I would give zero stars if I could.... I Just witnessed one of the workers at the One market plaza location get in one of the female workers face, calling her a b**** and other names while she cried and asked him to stop, he continued the name calling, and she started to yell asking him to stop calling her names and to stop being aggressive. Multiple people who also work in the building told him to stop talking to her like that but he would not stop, so she left and quit on the spot. I will no longer be purchasing from this establishment since it seems the company "could not do anything about it" for her. I refuse to support a company that allows their workers to act like that. Was absolutely disgusting to witness him verbally attack her like that all because she was sick the week prior.

Pressed juice is delicious! Good for the taste buds & health. I had the apple, celery, ginger, lime, greens, spinach. It was lightly sweet and tasted delish!

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I ordered my package on a Thursday morning with the promise of a 2 business day delivery. I spent 100 dollars - first time buyer. I was leaving on Wednesday evening. Geneva, customer service employee basically told me she couldn't cancel my order and it would arrive on Wednesday because the ship AFTER 2 business day.yhwre was absolutely no intent of help or do anything to keep me as a customer - wasn't even allowed to pick up. Do not recommend. If they don't care about their customers I don't trust them.

*today on hipster products of San Francisco* This brand features expensive juices with fresh fruits and other ingredients. This one I bought featured rose and fresh fruits. It tasted fine but didn't deserve to be priced at $7

I'm giving a 3-star review because one of the staff named Ana was very rude. Do not order from Ana - she is a terrible person to meet to start your day with. I told her I want one of the cleanses, she asked if I wanted the water that comes with it and I said no. Then I proceeded to chat with my friend. Another customer walks in and asks Ana for some order, and she completes their order. So I ask, what's going on with my order, and she said "I tried to talk to you, but you talked to your friend, so I am not going to make your order" and with that she just stopped even responding to me, even when I was trying to find out what I did to offend her. Another customer then said that she has had the same problem with Ana. Rose, on the other hand, was lovely and provided amazing assistance.

Take my review with a grain of salt. This place is "As good as it gets" for a juice place. For its money, it's a better deal than Joe & The Juice which can be about $10 for juice not including add-ons. I tried to order from Joe & The Juice, but they didn't want my business apparently (kept rejecting me), so I went to Pressed Juicery looking for something green and vitamin filled and a shot of ginger which would have cost me $13 at Joe & The Juice. Pressed Juicery had just the drink without the need of an add-on (which they don't do). The location was a bit odd and hard to find at first, but it was a quick pick up and I got the friendliest service despite it being first thing in the morning and the only staff member was setting up. Plus, the drink was short of $7. So for just less than half the price, I got exactly what I wanted from Pressed Juicery without any hassle and with great service. People say it's expensive, but for juice in the financial district, it really isn't. Even the juice bar at Equinox is more expensive and bottled juices at other food places cost just as much, so really, it's standard. Hence my 5 star review for what it is.

I forgot why I stopped going to this place. Went last week, enjoyed my freeze. Was very excited to go today, couldn't wait! 90 degrees in SF!Alas, all 4 flavor machines were down (not empty, but not working). About 10+ people left in a 5 minute period, including me. Seems like they don't want money. Not sure what the problem is.... Disappointing.

Pressed Juicery makes a decent product, but this location is abysmal. The people that work there are frequently late opening the shop or sometimes don't show up at all. I've complained directly to Pressed and they don't seem to care - though they are very eager to take my online orders which then have to be refunded because no one is on staff or on time to fulfill them. I've spent a lot of money at Pressed over the years, but I'll spend more at different juice bars near my office that value their customers and can consistently deliver.

I love going to pressed juicery but the service at this location was crappy the day I went in. They had a couple new flavors that we wanted to try and the girl working the counter acted like she was hating life. Her movements were not only super slow but she seemed like she didn't even want to give us samples. Isn't that part of the experience and her job? Anyway I won't be coming back to this location.

I come here almost everyday for lunch! Sofia, the women with the curly hair, is the sweetest employee and always has a smile on her face! I am currently on a juice cleanse and Sofia gave great advice on what juices to try. Pressed Juicery is a must, go check it out!

I go here for freeze! Unfortunately, they ran out off favorites: the strawberry freeze, peach gummies, and almond butter one day. It was near closing so maybe that's why. Try the graham cracker drizzle!!

Great customer service! The ladies who work here are very helpful and nice. If you're curious as to what a juice or freeze tastes like, ask for a sample! Close to Montgomery Bart station, walking distance 1-2 blocks. Serves juices, smoothies, freezes, and more. Join their membership and all items are approximately $5 each. There are deals every month for juices, freezes, or other items. My personal favorite is the half vanilla half strawberry freeze with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crispy chocolate quinoa gems. Sooo tasty, but also healthy! Not your usual frozen yogurt filled with sugar. Super filling also, the small freeze usually substitutes for a snack or a larger size can substitute for a light meal. I find that Pressed Juicery is a great way for me to get greens in my diet without too much sugar, unlike the Odwalla and Naked juices/smoothies which have serious amounts of sugar in them. Love that they keep coming out with new juices and collabs with different organizations, like Disney. I'll be back! :)

Went here the other day for a feeeze, as a vegan it's a great option, good portion, reasonable pricing, and I'm happy about that, but it wasn't as creamy as I would have liked and could be better in my opinion. But it was still good, I got the s'mores freeze and it was a pleasant experience! Will definitely be back for another :) and maybe I'll try the juices too sometime!

2nd time at this location. Had a green drink the first time. This time an Almond Vanilla drink. Both were super yummy. It's a little spendy in my opinion but I use them for a meal replacements. The location could be missed by car, it sits back.
