One of my go-to spots in the Financial District for a quick breakfast is Proper Foods. I’ve tried several of their breakfast sandwiches, and the egg and sausage stands out as a favorite. Truly fast-casual. There are also other healthy options that you can grab-and-go before heading into the office.

Very dangerous drivers. One of there drivers almost hit and possibly kill me and my wife today when the driver blew a read light on Mission and 7th Street. He just blew the read light and almost hit me and my wife and two other people. This place doesn't care about human lives they only care about profit

Small, proper bistro for quick bites and coffee in the area, geared towards the offices around Montgomery. Most of the food is grab-and-go, and there's unfortunately no seating area, but it's reliably tasty and quick, excellent for the morning and lunch rush hours.
