Literally inedible. Chicken strips were rock hard, dry and tough and also tasted off, and the potato wedges were also overcooked and super greasy. It tasted like it had been sitting in a deep fryer for hours. Ended up throwing it out and wasting my money.

It is not recommended to shop in this store because this store has added an extra 5% of employee benefits to the bill. I can’t understand why the 5% of employee benefits are included in the bill. The customer needs to pay for the store. This is shown on the bill without notification.

Decent chicken finger meal that I was able to grab and go with only ten minutes until boarding. Loved the BBQ sauce and fry portion, plus the fingers stayed crispy even though I had to wait awhile after takeoff to eat them. But minus a star for using the restaurant exemption to the state's hidden fee law.

It’s fried chicken, what’s not to love?! The lovely lady even gave my 3 year old an extra banana.

$28 = chicken sandwich, potato wedges, and a soft drink. I'm in San Francisco's airport so this wasn't unexpected.

Unfortunately my chicken was overcooked. Enough that it mostly ruined my sandwich. I expect this doesn't always happen, but today it did.

The wedges were good. The buffalo sauce was great. I expect the sandwich is usually great too, but at these prices consistency is essential.

One last FYI. It wasn't very busy, and I waited about 10 minutes for my food.

One of the better quick restaurants in the United terminal. Not to dry, just the right amount of coleslaw. I want a 2nd one but I'd miss the Marin Airporter.

The food was ok, some of the fries were pretty undercooked. I got the strips, those were nice and crispy. The BBQ sauce was not so good, and was much more like some Asian flavor. They also tag on a mandatory tip without telling you... Kind employee at the counter.

The chicken is very good. Service is good. Customizing an order is fine with them. Probably some of the best Airport food I've ever had

I had the chicken fried breast and the flavor was amazing. It has a coleslaw on the oval baked bread baguette. I would come back! Price was comparable to everything surrounding it so high prices expected.

Food is good, not great. If it wasn't overpriced (yes, even for airport food), then I'd increase to 4 stars.
I paid 24 dollars for a chicken sandwich and some basic fries. There's also no spicy chicken sandwich option - I mean come on, it's 2024. Final note, there's a mandatory $1+ tip thrown in by default, so don't feel too compelled to leave an extra tip.

Had a gluten free fried chicken sandwich. One of the best GF sammies I have ever had. Chicken and bun were both great. Loved the spicy slaw too. Had the chips that came with as well as a side of GF fries. My dining companion had regular chicken wings and said they were great.
