Overcooked, dry, flavorless chicken :(

Food poisoning on my flight

My friend recommended this free-range fried chicken sandwich, and the names of the chickens are bit misleading because they don’t call it fried chicken. They called it FIRED which is confusing. But paired with buffalo sauce and coleslaw - was an amazing sandwich. I would recommend and return again for this!!

To be airport food on the run I would say the chicken sandwich was fair and the fries were good. I can’t complain. The food seem fresh and was in fact hot. #lifecoachcw @god_bless_the_real

I put 4 stars for the atmosphere because it's the airport at SFO. Do NOT expect an experience that will wow you for atmosphere. That said, the food and service was worth 5/5 stars!

They not only gave me the wings, garlic potato wedges, and ranch I wanted, but their Buffalo sauce was quite good for West Coast! On top of that, they even smaller chicken wing portions into my box, so it REALLY did feel like I got my money's worth!

Sandwich was constructed very poorly and fell apart entirely which made a big mess. It tasted ok though.

Okay chicken sandwich. Get the hot sauce. $18 is kind of crazy. 😵

The worst food I ever had in my life, had to throw away the food. Chicken felt stale, no flavours and so dry felt like chewing cardboard. Wish i can give negative 5 if i had option. They should shut the store rather than severing such food. Never had given such negative review in my life.

Literally inedible. Chicken strips were rock hard, dry and tough and also tasted off, and the potato wedges were also overcooked and super greasy. It tasted like it had been sitting in a deep fryer for hours. Ended up throwing it out and wasting my money.

It is not recommended to shop in this store because this store has added an extra 5% of employee benefits to the bill. I can’t understand why the 5% of employee benefits are included in the bill. The customer needs to pay for the store. This is shown on the bill without notification.

The food is decent it’s not as pricey as all the reviews say …still better than Burger King …next time tho plz toss my wings that looks sad lol

Decent chicken finger meal that I was able to grab and go with only ten minutes until boarding. Loved the BBQ sauce and fry portion, plus the fingers stayed crispy even though I had to wait awhile after takeoff to eat them. But minus a star for using the restaurant exemption to the state's hidden fee law.
