Drastically overpriced, skimpy portions. I ordered the chicken sandwich, baked/flipped, expecting identifiable pieces of chicken. When my food was ready, I saw potato chip garnish, which kind of caught me off guard, and was an obvious low cost/low effort attempt to deliver value. The sandwich had no identifiable 'piece' of chicken, it was a chunky spread (think like chicken salad) cut with slaw and other low cost ingredients. I usually go to Chicken G's on Kearney, where the chicken is far bigger than the bun. This portion sizing at Proposition Chicken is absolutely ridiculous. I should have looked at it and requested a refund before eating it. Employee was incredibly friendly, food, not so much.

I'm from Switzerland and I'm thrilled. The food here is very affordable and good. You get good advice on the selection. The restaurant is also extremely clean, and the food is prepared very quickly. If I lived here, I would only come here to eat.

Careful of the breakfast fried chicken sando. Overall taste was on point with bbq ranch but had only a thin tiny sliver of chicken, mostly all batter.

The chicken is fine, but I definitely think the customer experience and service could be better. I’ve tried ordering to go via online and in person as well, and the pick up process is very inconsistent. They built a window for pick up orders, but 50/50 of the time they’re not operating from it, you have to go in. Sometimes I get a paper bag for my entree, some times they just hand it to me. It’s frustrating how there’s so many staff but trying to get your order can be difficult to ask for. The pick up times are often under estimated or overestimated, sometimes it’s ready and sometimes it just sits there. There are a few characters working the front cash registers near the closing shift that also could be more friendlier.

Amazing addition to West Portal. I love the fried chicken. The bone broth is divine. Really smart to season the fresh chips with sage. Great hot sauces too! I left very satisfied, the price helped. I plan to be a regular.

We just went to this location this morning for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are so yummy and delicious. We got a fried breakfast sandwich and flipped breakfast sandwich with a side of the wedges. Everything tasted fresh and great. We will definitely go back.

Need to work on customer order. When customer show the phone order to cashiers...and there was two cashiers that I shown...need to remember it instead of totally forgot and place the togo order on the counter and let it sit for 10 min
