We celebrated our daughter's 25th birthday at Prospect, and it was a fantastic experience. Chic, modern and elegant atmosphere with huge front doors, comfortable seating, intimate lighting and personal space .. you can actually hear the people at your table (a rare win). The food and service were both standouts. The crispy chickpea hummus appetizer, the steak frites + truffles, black rice and chanterelles risotto and even the sole were beautifully presented and perfectly...
Perfect spot for a holiday happy hour. Food was incredible - definitely get the focaccia. Apple cider with hot buttered rum was my favorite cocktail. The perfect mix of chatter, holiday spirit and incredible service. Great spot!
I had very high expectations that were unfortunately not met. Our first course, the Hamachi Crudo was extraordinary, and the little gem salad was one of the best salads I've ever eaten. But my entree was an epic culinary failure. The menu said crispy wood of the hen mushrooms and I was served greasy, over battered, deep fried mushrooms. Our server and the manager went over and above to make it right, but it was a disappointing end to our meal while visiting San Francisco.
