We had one of the best dinners I've ever had at Prospect last night. Which is saying a lot. We started with the most amazing cocktail, the Reforma, that has changed my opinion about mescal cocktails forever. We shared a luscious melon appetizer with a lime cream. Then I had this fantastic little gem salad, with peaches, moon drop and witch finger grapes, with a wonderful house dressing. My entree was the famous Prospect pork chop. Absolutely incredible. Prospect is always a restaurant of very high quality...Unique approach to food with one result..excellent...great cocktails...Great place for celebrating Birthdays or a casual dinner...a wonderful part of the food scene in San Francisco..
